I ordered a pizza online for my boyfriend but an hour went by and the pizza never came. I called the restaurant just to find out the driver didn’t care enough to come knock on my door and then blamed it on me. They said they would put another pizza in because the first one was cold. Another hour went by still no pizza. I called again just for them to put me on hold for 10 minutes. I will never order from here again and I’m still waiting on my pizza.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Imagine going to the same place and them messing up your order every single time you go. Go to domino’s in kent at least they aren’t rude when you try to get your money back or pizza hut in ravenna is way better. I have never ordered here and got what I ordered ever. 0/5 GO TO A DIFFERENT PIZZA PLACE

What a disaster with this order, 90% of which was my fault. I haven’t ordered from this hut in quite awhile, I ordered on the app and chose the location 2 minutes from my in-laws house, or so I thought. The location I went to on SR 59 in Kent was out of business. The one I chose online was also on SR59 on the east side of Kent, 12 minutes away, oops! 10% of the issue was the over cooked pie. Cmon Pizza Hut, really, how hard is it to be consistent????

Frozen pizza tastes better. I kept giving this location and the one on 43 a chance but wow I ordered a pizza last night and was in awe of what they put in the box. It wasn’t even edible and it was severely overcooked to the point where I could crumble it with my hands. I don’t bother calling the store seeing as they have no customer service skills. Like I said, frozen pizza is better quality and cheaper than getting poor quality food at this location. Nasty people, nasty pizza.

My supreme pizza was ice cold with almost no toppings. Half were non existent the rest were so hard to spot they may as well have been. Never buying from them again! Delivery driver probably had his air conditioner directly on my food it was so cold.

This delivery was one of the very few times, That left the food a little short. I had ordered 6 wings, the large size.. these were so small, I was trying to figure out the poor Chicken. The 6 wings had no more than a bite each. Very disappointed for that. Also, for the first time that I could remember, the extra toppings of peppers, and bacon…there were maybe 6 rings of peppers. I will not stop ordering Pizza Hut, but I will watch what I order and quality.

So what makes this Pizza Hut cool? It has a drive thru. You can get all your delicious goodies and freshly made products through the window. The prices are fair the people were nice.It was quick service. And they offered plates and utensils. Pizza Hut was a staple back in the eighties and nineties and I think places like this could help bring it back. We had really good food and we also got free Pizza Hut fries which weren’t bad. You could try the cheaper places are the other chains but stick to something that’s been around and proven for a long time.
