I attempted to place an online order several times from cell and iPad, but received errors stating that, “something went wrong & items not added”. So I called the store and Summer, the shift manager, said that they don’t honor online deals and call Custer service if want to discuss. She didn’t know their number or if they place orders. She said she knows as much as I do about that stuff and not trained to deal with it. The website also said my order would be ready in 22-35 minutes. It came an hour later through a third party delivery service.

Ordered at 9:30, they said an hour delivery but then didn’t even bother to show up. When we called to see what’s going on, they said our order had been cancelled. Y’all aren’t good enough to be treating customers this way xD do better

My salad was filled with wilted mushy Lettuce and was totally inedible. The pizza barely had any cheese there was just bare sauce spots. Used their tracker so I could do no contact delivery and it never worked. Food was outside and it said “being prepared” so it ended up cold. Awful experience wouldn’t return.

There were 2 very delightful people working there. I believe there names were Cam and Summer. Let me just say Cam was an absolute hunk. Just an all around complete stud. And Summer was very kind and uplifting the whole entire time I was there. Pizza was excellent and the customer service from those 2 cuties were even better. Will definitely come here in the future.

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. More than likely your order will be wrong. Third time in a row mine has been wrong. And has poor prep on the desert. Last time they sent me an empty marinara cup…. this time my mushrooms are missing on my pizza…. just go somewhere else

Everybody has an app now. Pizza Hut app sucks. Doesn’t work apparently. Very disappointing. App is good at taking your order, not so good as a communication tool after you order. Pizza is good, app is not
