Got that New York pizza. It is nothing like on tv. They show taking a piece and the cheese stretching not on the one I got. Covered with pepperoni on tv mine had hardly any on it. They say double the pepperoni they should say two different pepperoni. Some body should sue these chemicals because you don’t get nothing like on tv

We usually order online and then run through the drive-thru pick up window. The associates are friendly enough. Food is usually pretty good. We have gotten a dud a time or two, but that’s just the risk you take when you eat out. Usually a positive experience. The pickup feature makes it quick and easy.

Although they corrected the error, after already waiting an hour for the first order, we had to wait another 1/2 to get the corrected order. It wasnt hot and it honestly wasnt very good pizza 🙁 The pasta was good though! Cheesy alfredo!

More than not, I have issues with the amount of toppings on the pizza. This time was one of them. I ordered 2 toppings, pepperoni and ham. The amount of pepperoni was decent, but there was barely any ham. If we are paying for the toppings, we should be able to see them. Not good Pizza Hut. Do better!!

Ordered a pizza over a half hour before close and I live like right across the street. Delivery time said 2 hours+ and I got a feeling I wasn’t going to get a pizza. Not only did the website lie to me and say it was sent out on the tracker, there’s no avenue to report the order not happening on the Pizza Hut website. The amount of rage and disappointment I feel from having nothing to eat after waiting for 2 hours far outweighs my desire to ever order from a Pizza Hut ever again.

Their driver broke my front door window I was guaranteed by a manager that it would be replaced, their insurance just reached out to me. To let me know it wouldn’t be. Saying the damage from their driver was just weather wear.
