Pizza Hut as a whole is declining as a restaurant. This location is in very bad shape, outdated, chairs and carpet are stained and kitchen looks so old and dirty. The kid who helped me was great and gave me good service. Pizza was ok. But honestly, they need to renovate this place entirely and give workers the tools they need.

Ordered on pizza hut website. Everything seemed fine. They outsourced the delivery to doordash (terrible company). DD switched drivers a few times and then the tracking said cancelled order call the store. I called got put on hold for 10 min, called again, told it’s not their problem and hung up on, called again and got hung up on again after being told it’s not their problem. I didn’t order through door dash. So now I have to dispute charge on my CC. The worst customer service I’ve had honestly. Just close the store.

Placed an order at 9:59 and was told it would be delivered at 10:44 by the app. It hits 10:50 and I start to wonder what happened. I call and the automated system showed an order did not exist under my phone number so I press 2 hoping that maybe the store would know what happened. Not only was I hung up on, but the second I said, “hey I just wanted to check on the order I placed an hour ago”, I get put on hold WITHOUT them asking, but then I was on hold for over 5 minutes. Conveniently when they closed. Highly do not recommend their extreme LACK of customer service. Will not be paying for something that never arrived.

Don’t order from this store, they sent me the wrong order and also missed a portion of my order and when I called them multiple times to follow up on my correct order they refused to send it out and refused to refund my money and told me if i want my correct order I have to go “f” pick it up. most unprofessional store service and staff, I will never order from that store again.

Our experience was anything but good. We ordered our pizza through the pizza hut website. When it was delivered, we were missing a pizza. Called the location, had to explain 3 times to 3 different people what happened. Spoke to Erica (store manager) who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She first thought we ordered through Doordash which we didn’t and then accused the driver of stealing the pizza. She expected me to look in his car of the delivery driver which is not my job nor was that going to be something I was going to do. The delivery driver was wearing a Pizza Hut uniform so it was definitely not Doordash. She then asked if I expected them to make another pizza and deliver it. She stated she always sends out full orders. After having me on hold for more than 5 minutes She came back on the phone and said “there must’ve been an error on our part but I can’t see how as I always ensure full orders” and said we would get our pizza soon. Not only did we wait another hour for our pizza but we never got the actual pizza we ordered. It was some random pizza. We also ordered extra marinara sauce for the bread sticks and never received that but still paid for it. Extremely unprofessional and I will be going to another Pizza Hut or another competitor.
