Big dinner box was over cooked, bread sticks looked like cornbread, boneless wings were dry and was not even coated with the honey barbecue sauce and I gave a tip and the entire order was almost $30 and I could not eat it and I ended up giving it to my dog because everything was hard. Quick and friendly service. Ordered three medium one topping pies with extra marinara. They came through, plenty of extra sauce so the pizza was just on the cusp of “kinda-almost sloppy” without being sloppy. Crust was cooked through and coated all the way to the edge with cheese or butter topping, not doughy. Online said it would be ready at 4:20, I showed up at exactly 4:20 and it was in my hands at 4:22, fresh 2 death with friendly happy communication. 12/10 will order again

Pizza is ok. Price isn’t to bad. I go here every no and then . My daughter loves there cinnamon sticks . I still like the old pizza hut lol. Seemed to have better taste ? But I’ll eat it . Pizza taste fresh and hot on delivery so no complaints. Store location convenient and seems to be well employed . Only have had delivery never been to the store but long as pizza is hot and fresh im ok with that .

Horrible customer service I ordered from them randomly since they opened this is the first time someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. This is enough and my 2 hour wait time for my pizza to give a bad review. When you wait 30 mins to answer the phone please understand ppl have to use the bathroom eventually.

Ordered pizza and bread sticks. Pizza was less that .5 miles. But by the time we got it the pizza was NOT hot. Barely warm. And the bread sticks were rock hard and burnt. No cheese sauce either.

This location is an embarrassment to the franchise and the brand. Easily the worst customer service and management of any PIzza Hut or other Pizza chain I’ve dealt with. They will mess up your delivery order and refuse to issue refunds unless you drive the bad product back.
