We were in Cleveland last night, staying at a hotel, and we ordered with Uber Eats from this Pizza Hut location. We were very pleased. We got a large meat lovers pan pizza with extra cheese and boneless wings.Everything was hot and delicious. The meat lovers was loaded with meat. It was the best Pizza Hut pizza we have ever had. And the wings were crispy.had plenty of sauce and were so good.When we come back to the area, we will not hesitate to order from here again.

This store needs to be shut down, or all of the employees NEED trained on how to handle customers or phone etiquette. We ordered $60.00 worth of food with a 45 minute window of delivery, well needless to say after 3 WHOLE HOURS we drove to the store: only to be ignored…and hung up on upon calling. So they not only steal your money the general manager and corporate clearly do not care about their customers. How this location is still open is beyond me. I have never ever had this worst service from any place before.

the worst pizza place in cleveland .. they gave us old pizza that was a cheese pizza then throw pepperoni and more cheese on top of the pizza in which it suppose to be a Pepperoni lover pizza … please don’t eat here I never had a good experience here

I live in the apartments upstairs so I used to frequent this place, however a couple weeks back I ordered via the app like always and it said my food would be ready in 15 minutes (usual wait time). Normally my food would be ready however after waiting in line for at least 5-10 minutes, I was told to come back in 15 minutes. So I went back to my apartment, waited another 15 minutes then had to wait in line again upon my return, there were other customers in front of me who were also picking up/door dashing and we had to wait while the people at the counter were placing their orders so it was probably another 10+ minutes in line. When they finally brought out my food I asked if they included marinara sauce with my cheese sticks (since they forgot on a couple previous instances), they said yes there was marinara in the box, however when I got back to my apartment with my food there was no marinara just the cheese sticks. I wasn’t about to go back and wait in line again just for marinara, luckily I had some Arby’s marinara packets I saved in the fridge so I didn’t go without it. The food was nice and hot so I can’t complain, however I was irritated by the fact I had to wait nearly an hour from the time I placed my order on the app until the time my food was ready for pickup when the app said it would only take fifteen minutes. Since then I haven’t ordered from here. While I love Pizza Hut and the food is amazing, I don’t know if I’ll ever order from this location again. I’d rather drive to a less convenient location if it means a shorter wait time.

Took longer than expected because they subbed out the delivery to door dash. Subbing it out to door dash in itself is an issue because if I wanted door dash I would’ve used them but I didn’t. Then it took way longer than expected, and they forgot something I paid for. The food wasn’t really done well either. Not happy.

The pizza was alright but Highly disappointed in what I believe was Once a double order of cheese sticks & wings. the wings were soggy and dry. The cheese sticks literally had no cheese and what ever was on top (tasted like some sort of cooking oil) was burnt. What happened to the good old fashioned Pizza hut?
