I used to live a block from this Pizza Hut and I never visited. I want to kick myself. The service was great. The pizza was delicious. The boneless buffalo wings made me cry (I’m okay with that) and being able to visit the Pizza Hut salad bar reminded me of being a kid. These classic Pizza Hut’s are far and few in between these days. This one is special- visit while the nostalgia lasts.

I like this location cause they’re very nice and helpful, especially Andy, the manager. Even on a busy Fri night, he tries to make the best of things. Seems like a positive and fun work environment. Food tastes great too. Completely recommend it

I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut! This is the only sit-down location (that I know of) near me. And I still have to drive 20 mins but it’s worth it. The atmosphere is friendly & the food is awesome! It’s nice to add the Salad Bar feature onto your order. If you want to re-live your childhood, this location is the spot to be.

Take my 12 year old son here a lot as he loves the buffet but really only likes cheese pizza and breadsticks and always as been good. Went for dinner and we get drinks then go to buffet. 1 slice of cheese pizza and a couple of breadaticks left. Buffet goes from 530 to 8. We get there 620. Plenty of time. I ate fine with what they had out there but only had 4 types of deluxe pizzas put out. We kept asking the waitress if a cheese and breadsticks would find there way to the buffet. Its 730 now and still no cheese. Watched families leave as they were waiting for some cheese pizza to be put out which never did. Told the waitress im not paying for sons buffet as cheese. Pepperoni. And breadaticks are a mainstay and always out at buffet. Manager came out and said you will pay full bill and you get whatever we put out. We dont cater to anyone. I lose my cool and try to explain the concept which he never grasps. We argue this whole idea loudly in front of other patrons. My son is starving now. We end up paying the bill and manager says he will put some in oven now as we are leaving. So sad as we can never visit this establishment after being treated like useless cattle at the trough. Owner needs more hands on explaining to the manager. Simple solution would have been. So sorry young man. Let me get you something out the oven asap. He chose the other way of piss poor service.

The last 2 times I’ve eaten here they have messed up my order. They have either switched up the sauces or left the meat off their meat pizza. Delivery is quick, but quality is lacking. Unfortunately calling them does nothing as they give you the run around and go about their day.

Today I visited pizza hut in Willoughby, as always, for my babies after a big exam; I wanted to treat them. I ordered my babies the 24.00 deal box and waited on it, and my food was room temperature. I could not return because of my schedule, but I was disappointed today. This is my favorite pizza hut, but today was not good, so it was a waste of my money and my baby’s tummy.

Placed an online order for a family dinner box, two pizzas, wings an breadsticks. Service was quick and location very clean. My issue was they messed up one of our pizzas, which when I called to have it corrected the manager was very accommodating. But the replacement pizza was still incorrect and I would have been ok but it contained Pork bacon! Me nor my family have eaten pork in over 30yrs as our religion doesn’t allow. When I called they offered to replace it again but I was reluctant to take it back as I unfortunately fear having to have them make corrections a third time. I just opted to give the pizza to the homeless gentleman that sits off the freeway rather than it go to waste.

Had their buffet for lunch. Pizza was so-so. Had to hunt for the pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza. Garlic crust things were good. Salad seemed fresh. The server was very pleasant and responsive.
