So I am done going to the pizza hut on Colorado Ave in Lorain. Twice now my order was incorrect. The first time the entire pizza was made incorrect. We called the store to inform of our incorrectly made pizza where we were told we would have a credit added to our account.

The lack of professionalism/ customer service of the employees in this store time and time again baddie me. Winner I shoes up as a customer or as a Dasher there are nothing but problems. Today I was there as a dasher and was unable to pickup a customers order at the counter for no other reason than the store employee wanted me to use drive thru. She started at me at the front door for at least 8 minutes workout communication. Fed up I went through the drive through where she immediately told me to use the window. Note that there was no siganage stating there carry out was closed and in fact shows the people I was well within the allotted carry out hours. Such an unnecessary experience to receive a pizza for a customer.

Ordered online and part of the order was the pasta and breadsticks. I didn’t receive the breadsticks and tried to call. Attempting to contact the store is impossible. The call center transferred me back to the store but still no pickup on the stores end. Taking my money and not giving me what I pay for is not good and I am trying to give you a chance to make it right. If you’d only pick up the phone….

This has to be the worst pizza hut ever. They ne er delivered my pizza. After I contacted them they claimed to have called me. Which I can prove didn’t happen. Then they got mad because I ended up canceling after they were almost 2 hours late.. They hung the phone up on me.
