I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for take-out this evening. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. I’ve been continually seeing Facebook posts from the manager and decided to give it a try. BIG mistake. It was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had (including frozen). It had hardly any sauce, was cold, and was so hard it cracked. Never again.

I love going to Pizza Hut in Perrysburg. Anytime I want pizza for dinner I go there and I get a large pan pizza with pepperoni and bread sticks extra sauce and a Pepsi. My order is always right and the server was really nice that took my order. It’s been a while since I stopped in there for dinner and I wanted to say that I enjoy going there to get pizza. I give the Pizza Hut in Perrysburg 5 stars. Keep up the good work. ☺️

If I could leave a review strictly on bread sticks, I would give it a 5 but this an overall review. Will start by saying the bread sticks are the best. Next will talk about pizza, I never have high expectations for a chain pizza store. The pizza is generally ok, nothing to write home about. The cinnamon rolls were fairly decent for a pizza store. It’s just the main attraction the PIZZA is lacking. Curbside was prompt and friendly.

I ordered FROM PIZZA HUT and not Door Dash. They sent it with a dang door dash driver. Then screwed up my order but wouldn’t make it right today. Never again! What the heck kind of pizza place is this now!! Been eating pizza hut for about 40 years. Disgusting what it’s become!

I haven’t ordered from pizza hut since 2018 and I quickly remembered why. I ordered a pizza, pasta, bread sticks. 30 dollar meal. It was supposed to be a 25 to 35 minute wait. It was over an hour. They had someone from door dash deliver my food. Which I had I known before I ordered I would have done pick up. The door dash driver had my food in her car for over 30 minutes! The food got her it was cold and gross. The pizza was like cardboard and it wasn’t even a pan pizza. And the Alfredo pasta is bland zero flavor. Then I called to speak to the manager he offered me a 20 dollar credit for next time. No thanks I’m good. Do your self a favor and order somewhere else, anywhere else just not Pizza Hut.

We are faced r om out of town…we order a med. Pizza for $20 . The pizza was burnt around the edges, and tasted like the banana peppers we didn’t order. We will not be eating here again!!!
