I ised to love pizza hut. But they way their call center is handled is terrible. They also use door dash now when they dont have someone in house to deliver and i had my food stolen by a door dash driver. Ive also contacted their customer service to get a refund and havent heard anything back. So not only was my food stolen. Now $60 of my hard earned cash is stolen too.

UPDATE: Pizza was missing some items (drinks, half the wings), I drove up there cause I spent a lot of money and I want what I paid for. Who I’m assuming is the manager she was really friendly, apologized, and had the kitchen re make my entire order. I appreciated that and that experience alone lets me know this location is one of the better ones.

This has to be the strangest pizza hut store ever. They have a drive through. Who does that? They got our order wrong but it was the best stuffed crust cheese pizza I didnt want. It was so good but so wrong, like my childhood. These guys frequently get orders wrong and have great pizza deals for stuff you didnt order. It’s like they purposely screw up orders to give you a better deal so you come back. I love it!

The online ordering was down so they didn’t get my order, but the lady who was working believe she was the manager she was great she made my food in a great time it was hot, fresh great customer service and she was friendly, nice courteous it was great

According to the email I got I was supposed to have my delivery by 7:05 pm. It was around 7:40ish when I received my delivery. I’m not sure why it took so long when I’m 5-7mins away. The delivery driver was kind. However, my pizza and cheese sticks were cold by the time it had got to me and my cheese sticks had no marinara sauce. For the price paid I expect to have better quality food. Disappointed and probably won’t order again. There is plenty of other pizza places in the area.

Normally I wouldn’t say anything negative about this pizza hut location but today I placed an order of two medium pizzas and three order of wings. All of the chicken. Appeared to be burnt(darker than normal chicken would be. O ) with little to no sauce. (Buffalo, garlic parmasean and honey BBQ) I called to have them replace it and the so called manager laughed and in a sarcastic tone said nothing was wrong with the chicken the grease was old. I asked if they could replace the grease or go buy some and make a new order and he then told me thats all they had and could not go buy any and wish it was that easy,they have to use the grease from the company,seriously… He refused to come pick the chicken and refund so I had to go pick it up and bring the chicken as well.
