It has it’s up and it’s downs. Most orders are prepared correctly… and timely! Sometimes, you can have your issues. (Nothing specific) A lot of times, they will fix the issue with no problem. But, they have customers that are trying to get over on them, too.

Tried to order a single pizza and cinnamon sticks. Over 2 hours ago. Was finally able to cancel said order after 4 calls to the entirely unhelpful call center and two attempts to reach the actual store to no avail.

Don’t know where to begin. Worst experience I’ve ever had getting food. I will be reaching out to corporate requesting a full refund. I arrived after I was told my food was ready and proceeded to wait an additional 50 minutes. Still never got the correct order. There was no management on site, the entire staff appeared to be under the influence of something. Absolutely awful. Place should be shut down. All other customers had the same experience. Only giving one star because I can post zero stars!

They left toppings off my big New Yorker. Their Dasher dropped my pizza so the entire big New Yorker is on one side of the box. No one answered the phone when I called to get a replacement. They should stop using door Dash

Pizza was NOT like I remember. The crust was like leather, though and thin. The cheese in the stuffed crust was chewy and inconsistent. It’s not at all smooth and stringy, like I remember. Just bad, very bad. Pizza Hut needs to improve their pizza like Dominos has done, because the bar is higher than it was in their heyday.

This is the 2nd time and different Pizza Hut unfortunately I got the same worst experience ever. Starting from the person that took the order. I disregard that too get to the store to be told my pizza had to be remade. And to offer a 10 credit I don’t even want it. I’m over Pizza Hut.

There was no tomato sauce on neither of the 3 pizzas that I have ordered. It was utterly disgusting having to eat a piece of cardboard striaight out of the pizza hut box for pizza no way we were finishing that. We tossed those wooded spinning disks in the trash after almost getting a splinter from eating those things. The Flintstones invented better wheels for stability than that no way those spinning frisbees were edible. Whatever yall placed inside those pizza hut boxes was not pizza. Who ever find the boxes in the dumpster had found some good starter fire they were that dry. There is no way almost had to give them to my dogs for chew toys I see one started choking on one of those 35° triangular measuring tools you have placed inside the pizza hut boxes. My dog was so upset with me when I took it away from her she thought she was in trouble. Do yall build yall restaurants with these pizzas? On my receipt it says pizza hut but I almost done a return for lowe’s I originally wanted some 2×4 not whatever these tabletops without legs were that you put inside these pizza hut boxes.
