Ordered two 3 topping pizzas and 16 boneless wings. One pizza was ready when I arrived but the other items had not been started. 30 minutes later after waiting in-store to pick-up I asked what was going on after being told the last pizza was in oven and almost done. 5 minutes later I could see my pizza wasnt even started and when then offered a partial refund. This store has fallen off of a cliff as far as service goes, as this is constantly happening. Save yourself the time and money, go anywhere else.

I had the Pepperoni Lovers’ Melt. Crispy, cheesy, just the right amount of pepperoni grease. Yum! Sauce is on the side, you may want to buy more. Open for Dine-in, not busy. Good place for a kids birthday.

Well, well, well, look who’s trying to impress us with their new Big New Yorker pizza! I gotta say, Pizza Hut, you almost had me fooled with that name. I was expecting a pizza as tall as a skyscraper with pepperoni the size of manhole covers. Pizza Hut did not disappoint.

Ordered online for carryout. Food was to be ready in 50 minutes. I arrive 45 minutes later waited in the parking lot for 5 minutes only to enter the store to hear that it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Horrible customer service! My ticket was over $44 with a $7 tip for Carryout! .At the very minimum I should have gotten a call. Asked for refund and left. Do better next time

This Pizza Hut is amazing. I made a mistake on my delivery address and of course before noticing my mistake I blamed door dash and Pizza Hut for the mishap. The delivery driver and store went above and beyond to make sure as a customer I was completely taken care of despite my own mistake. It really made my day so much to know that they handled the situation as if I was right the whole the time it wasn’t till after everything when I realized the mistake I made typing the address for delivery. After everything my pizza was still hot and tasted wonderfull. Thank you so much Pizza Hut and Door Dash for being patient and courteous with me. It has been a rough month for me. You made it 100% better thank you and once again I’m sorry for being a spaz…

The pizza was really good but their staffing issues make the wait time atrocious. I arrived at the store when it said my pizza would be ready and still had to wait 30 minutes. Other customers arrived and had to wait for their pizza to even make it in to the oven. I know everyone is having staffing issues, but they should at least put honest wait times on their website when ordering. The website said 40 when I ordered but they were operating at 80-90 minute wait. I felt bad for the staff. They were working hard and having to deal with a lot of angry customers
