My family does not normally have issues with this store, but after we put in our usual Friday night dinner order, it never arrived, though we did get a text stating that it has been delivered, and money was taken from my account to pay for it. When we called to check on the status, the person answering told us the Door Dasher never arrived to pick it up, which was strange because we ordered it through the Pizza Hut app, not through Door Dash.

There were metal pieces in my pizza. Was told the health dept was out and they were approved to reopen. Contacted the health dept they were never on site. I have been lied too. I want the owner Adam to contact me immediately.

Pizza hut is usually pretty good but I’ve noticed the portion sizes are dwindling each time. The order of fries was ridiculous literally 15 fries in the container for $3.00! Ridiculous

This restaurant is no longer a sit-down restaurant. While you can still order for dine-in, the lobby is treated as if it doesn’t exist. So much foot traffic for online/call-ins that you’re stuck waiting in line. They have the bathrooms locked, and they don’t keep enough staff for the inside of the building that staff will dissappear into the kitchen and not come back for minutes at a time. They don’t even give you ice for your drinks. Everything is bottled as if you’re ordering to-go.

They changed alot. If you want to eat in you give them your order at the register no fountain drinks all bottled you pay then have a seat they bring it out in a pizza box no one checks on you to see if everything is OK. They way busy for take out and they do door dash also. The pizza was good no problems so we ate talked a bit then left. If I knew they don’t really do dine in I might have went someplace else but my dad was craving there pizza so we stayed

I put three stars for the young lady that helped us yesterday evening she was so patient and helpfu since we didnt know what we wantedl. Unfortunately I don’t know what happened with the person making our orders they did not look at what she put and when we arrive back to eat it was incorrect. We asked for two deep dish half pepperoni and half cheese and instead we got one cheese and one pepperoni. The only orders right was the chessy bread and the cheese pie. And the young lady did put the order correct because I checked the receipt.

The Pizza Hut in Lancaster OH is THE BEST! The pizza’s are ALWAYS perfect. They remind me, so much, of the Pizza Huts in the 80’s and the way the pizza’s were back then.

Got a pizza that had sharp metal shavings in it! The store manager assured us that they were taking the situation seriously and were shutting down to prevent anyone else from getting pizza with metal shavings in it. When we drove by later that evening, it was clear they were not shut down and we were then told by Pizza Hut management the health department cleared them to continue operations. I called the Fairfield County Health Department that next morning who had no knowledge of the situation. Clearly, we were lied to and Pizza Hut was not taking this seriously. The Fairfield County Health Department then inspected the restaurant and confirmed they were still serving pizza out of an oven that had metal shavings present. It’s clear the owner of this store/Pizza Hut management cares more about making a profit than it does the well being of its customers. Be careful eating at this location.
