Ordered a New Yorker Pizza and a Stuffed Crust. Both were so salty they were mostly inedible. The center of the New Yorker was not sufficiently cooked and was mush. You were unable to pick up a slice without it falling apart. Very disappointed in the quality of food and I am not hard to please.

Pizza Hut was offering a BOGO free deal. I order a Big New Yorker, and a large green olive pizza. After waiting 30 minutes for my order, I get to the parking lot and eat a piece of the green olive pizza, and notice that it has black olives. I took it back and they apologized indicating that they do not have green olives (so, why in the hell didn’t they just tell me that when I order!!!). the manager said I could get another free w/i 30 days. So as I’m going home I decide to try the NY pizza. I open the box and it’s simply an XL cheese pizza. I turn back around and tell them of their mistake. The manager failed to apologize, and simply indicates that now I have credit for two pizza. I told them to take the pizzas and throw them in the trash. I hadn’t been to pizza hut in years and now I remember why? There are 100s of pizza places that offer better quality and service.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but after calling the store to let them know, I was missing breadsticks and ranch the person on the phone who I think was the manager said that’s weird I remember grabbing it which is cool whatever I’m not that worried about the 1.50 but I was also missing breadsticks. She reluctantly said I’ll give you a credit and then I start eating my pasta and realize there’s no sauce, so I called the store again and once again, the person on the phone acted like I was lying. And said she personally check the order and it looked good to her. I let her know that I definitely did not take the sauce out of the pasta and I can send a picture for proof she declined. Just a huge miss on so many levels. A 35 min wait turned into an hour and a half. Was told my pizza was in the oven then still waited another 30 mins. The icing on the cake was that the pizza was paper thin, made incorrectly AND was burned. My kids and I could barely make it through 4 slices. Can’t only blame the staff. Being undermanned and overwhelmed like they were is a miss on Pizza Hut as a whole….wow

We are very disappointed with our service. For the last few times when we placed orders it has always been an issue. Doesn’t matter if we deliver or pickup. The final straw was yesterday we placed an order online through the app it said it would be done in 25 mins and we knew it would take a little while with it being a Friday night. We got there at 8:30 and was told our order was ready however when we got there they were so backed up and behind. Peoples orders were getting mixed up, they were counting the drawer so another employee could clock out. Finally after waiting for over 45 mins we asked where was our order. They could locate one pizza but not the other. They didn’t even make it. When I asked why and how this happened the lady just said she didn’t know. That was it. So we waited over an hour for our order while the one who was making the pizza was in the bald dancing and singing. All they had to offer us was free breadsticks. This was the final straw. We will not be back at this location for a long time if at all. Yesterday was horrible. They had 2 people cooking and 2 at one point in the front and it was all over the place. The only thing they could say is we had a lot of new workers. To say we were upset is putting it mildly. We were sooo disappointed. Do not recommend this location. Doesn’t matter what day or time. Highly disappointed if I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered my pizza at 7:12p and it was supposed to arrive at 8:12p. So I waited a few mins 8:30pm came around so I decide to call the store. I sat on the phone for almost an hour with no answer then about 8:46p I receive a text stating that DoorDash would be delivering my order about 9pm. The doordasher gets to my residence and as she’s walking up to my foot I knew my order was gout I be messed up. There were no cheese sticks so I asked her about them and she’s like the pizza was the only things they gave her. I take the pizzas from her and there luke warm. So I open the pizza boxes huge disappointment. The pizzas had no sauce barely any cheese so needless to say it was as if I was eating a cracker with pizza toppings. As you can imagine at this point my family and I were hungry and seeing as I how I never did get in contact with the store I was left to eat what was delivered to me. I will definitely be trying to reach out to the store tomorrow because this is unacceptable and I need to be refunded my money.

Strictly a carry out or delivery business. My 20 minute, personal pan pizza took 30. They were constantly taking pizzas out of the oven and boxing them, so they were obviously very busy. Only thing I heard was a customer call and complain the chicken on their pizza was still raw. They got a refund.

Pizza is pizza, right!?! But it needs to be made correctly and delivered hot. Trust Pizza Hut in CW to do just that. Their online order is easy, they provide text updates, and the pizza arrives on time, hot, and made just right!
