They delivered pizza to wrong house and said I put the wrong address on there. Then when I proved I didn’t they said that “it doesn’t matter because my copy said the other address”. Our pizzas were cut up like I wanted irregular pieces of pizza, one of my pizza’s was forgotten and when I got the replacement it was cold meaning it was my original one that they forgot and went back to get. Our breadsticks had no garlic on them. This cost is $50 and we still went to the competitor to rebuy our order so we could enjoy good food. Terrible all the way around and they tried to blame me for it. Don’t go here.

I really, really want to give 0 or even negative stars for this place. Twice in the last 4 days I’ve ordered from this place. Both times, my order was well over an hour late. Tried calling the store and it goes to a call center who said they would transfer me and I got hung up n twice. 3rd time I called, I was on hold for over 20 mins during which time the pizza showed up. To be fair, the pizza was good and warm, but this experience the last 2 times I’ve turned me off. I’m done with this store and pizza hut for good. Such a shame.

Delivery was more than an hour late. I called and they hang up on me 6 times. I never got my pizza because THEY canceled my order? They shouldn’t be able to decide if I want to cancell my order or not. NEVERT ORDER FROM HERE IT SUCKS. GO TO DONATOS OR SUM OTHER PIZZZA PLACE BUT NEVER AT PIZZA SUCKS. ANYONE CAN OUTPIZZA THE HUT

Do not order for delivery, they kick it over to doordash now (would have picked it up if I knew that before hand.) Delivery was 45 minutes later than the original estimate, 40 minutes in transit because of other stops, pizza was fridge levels of cold and congealed.
