It has been my second bad experience with this pizza hut in last six or eight months and with pizza hut customer service. last time we had some complications after had the pizza and I called the customer service and I was told that The Regional Manager will contact me and never happened even after eight months.

I ordered food at 5:53pm and it said it would be delivered by 6:25pm. I received a text at 6:14pm that it was out for delivery. So far everything was normal. After waiting 40 minutes I called to check and they said it was getting ready to leave the store (even though it was suppose to be out for delivery). I received my food at 7:30pm, 90 minutes after I ordered. After all that the food was cold.

If i could give this dang place a zero I would. So I order a pizza to have delivered talked to a guy and he said and hour and 15 mins I said that’s fine. So my family comes home and they wanted more than what I first ordered I called and it was nearly closing but told the guy I had a delivery im still waiting on but on this next order I’ll be there to pick up well it’s a 11 when i picked up my order and got it paid they locked the door behind me so I call my house asked them if the pizza was delivered no they said I live 5 mins approximately from pizza hut so I get out of my car and knock on the door cause I knew they was all still there nobody out delivering pizza some girl sitting there eating a pizza I noticed early my name was on the board they have twice so they finally come open i said where is my other order he said it was delivered cause he knew what I was talking about by the look on his face so I was so mad cause everything was about to be closed and I’ve waited an hour and more for the order and the pizza I got won’t feed all at the house. So they are a bunch of idiots who need to get it together or find other jobs I will never order from that pizza place again.

Im not from here. I just came up from Tennessee to visit with my daughter and grandbabies . We thought this would be great no cooking we could get in and out. Boy I was wrong. They told us 30 minutes. Didnt say it would be another 30 mins after we got there. So an 1hr altogether. Very rude and unprofessional. I’m sorry when you have to deal with customers your attitude should be a lot better then what my 12yr old son dealt with Saturday afternoon. All you had to say was I’m sorry I cant do that right this minute not blow at him. I dont know if she was a manger or not. And to top it all off after we get home we realize the pizza was wrong. Ya, I will not be going back here again.
