Absolutely the worst call in service ever since they have people over seas answering the phone for orders now. Losing lots of business when someone has to call more than 4 times to place an order.

Normally I do not give reviews I’m hoping to save someone else from having the experience I did I understand people get busy an mistakes are made , I was very clear about my order an called as well after placing it my pizza under cooked I requested light on the sauce it was doubled crust wasn’t done in the center ,cheese sticks basically burnt they were dark brown an the melt over cooked an hardened purchasing take out is a treat an expensive you want to enjoy it after all you paid for this

Ordered online for a pickup. Ran out of cheese sticks ( ordered a double) so they subbed with a brownie. Easy process to check out and pickup. Food was appealing to look at and taste was great. Crust was perfectly cooked.

Make the pizza that someone orders rather and just giving them what you have. The gentleman explained that they were out of pan crust and I do not like the hand tossed crust. I wanted to cancel the order, but the pizza was already in the oven. On top of that i ordered a pepperoni, bacon and chicken pizza and got just plain pepperoni as well. Not a good experience at all.

I rarely complain. I understand that food and customer service is hard. I have seen a noticable difference in quality of food and service thru this pandemic. Honestly though, we bought a 3 topping stuffed crust pizza for $13.00. it is by far the sorriest pizza I have EVER purchased. If I lived closer I’d take it back. I’m not like that either but it’s ridiculous. We work hard for our $ we try to always support local but I’m done. I’ll cook at home. There is NO sauce whatsoever. The cheese doesn’t even cover the crust. It is only in places and it was cool and very hard to chew. My husband nor I finished one slice. The dogs wouldn’t even eat it bc it is literally only bread with a few sausage bits here or there. Sad. I will not be back to this location. Guys, you are getting paid. It’s not like your doing this as charity. IDC if it’s minimum wage or top dollar. Take pride in your work. In your service. In all that you do. Otherwise it’s a waste of everyone’s time and money.
