We haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut for a couple of years now, due to the quality going down hill so badly. Well, last weekend I talked my husband into ordering again, just to give it one more shot. And it was fantastic! Just like the Pizza Hut we remembered from years ago. So this Friday, I asked him if he wanted to order it again and he answered with an immediate YES! I’m now regretting even considering the idea. Cause the order was delivered 15 minutes later than the listed delivery time, even though live less than 5 minutes from the store. The pizzas were very skimpy on cheese and half burnt, and the cheese sticks were barely even cooked. Like they were so undercooked that I wouldn’t let my son eat them for fear it would make him sick. So I guess it will be another few years before we order from there again. Such a let down after the phenomenal food we got last weekend.

Id give zero stars if possible. We waited 20 mins before sitting at the drive through window for another 30 mins and was completley ignored. When we asked to speak with the manager a young guy, obviously high came to the window and did nothing. Thanks

My daughter went for a sleep over with her grandparents and they ordered from this place. The delivery took two and a half hours. When they finally were able to get through to a manager on the phone they were spoken to very rudely. Something along the lines of ‘we are backed up and your pizza will get there when it gets there.’ in a very brusque tone. No apology at all. Now, they ordered this pizza so that by the time it got there my daughter would be ready to eat. However, since it took so long, they had to eat something else. If you have a six year old in your life who loves pizza, you understand the issue. Not to mention no one should have to wait that long or be spoken to so rudely. Oh, and the pizza was cold when they did finally get it. Because of their terrible handling of the situation they have lost the business of myself and my parents.

What the heck happened to this location? I get a pizza from you every week. But this week it was horrible. The pizza tasted as if it had been reheated. The crust was hard as rock. The extra pepperoni was hardly there and it was barely edible. This was MY Pizza Hut and it’s gone downhill. The store was dirty and the glass at the pickup window was covered in grease. I don’t want to go to Ironton but I may have to until you guys fix the store.

The customer service here is garbage. We had a large order, 5 pizzas and some pasta. When we arrive, Mike decides to show himself by complaining about the size of the order. Instead of handing the order through the window one box at a time, (duh) Mike tells my daughter to pull forward, not clear about where. She pulls forward, apparently not to his liking, because he starts screaming so loudly at her to stop, the people in the house behind the store came out to see what was going on. Keep in mind my daughter is an 18 year old who has had her license for less than 2 weeks. Mike, on the other hand, is a full grown “man” in his 40’s that likes to show his masculinity by targeting young girls. Not sure if it’s his laziness, his tragically low IQ, or perhaps he’s just manstrating, but the entire transaction could have been completed at the window. Never again will we order from Pizza Hut, and I will make sure everyone knows what happened.
