I have used this location numerous times before and never have any issues, only yesterday did I receive the wrong order (through delivery), and when I called, the person I talked to (April, I’m quite sure) was very courteous and helpful. I’m pretty sure their store was quite busy yesterday, but she handled the situation very well and rectified the issue promptly.

Ordered 2 large pizzas through Door dash. The dough was not cooked thoroughly. Had to drive down to get new pizza made. Quality control obviously isn’t a high priority.

I asked them to write a positive message on the box because I’m having a bad Monday and they used my favorite quote from my favorite movie so I think that’s really cool and clearly the employee who did that has great taste. Speaking of taste, this BBQ chicken pizza is delicious definitely made my Monday better

Since Door Dash has become their delivery people, they lose orders, dont deliver to your address, cancel orders without calling and more. So disappointed in them. And price. Delivery has gone up for less service and I would rather pay a store employee to deliver

The food here is great, no complaints about that. However, delivery needs addressed in a bad way. Our order didn’t take too long to get here, that’s not the problem. The problem is when our food got here, it was smashed to smithereens!! There was wing sauce spilling out of the sides from the top being smashed in. You can’t really tell from the photo but, the 2 boxes of garlic knots were also smashed on top. Plus, he forgot the credit card slip I was supposed to sign. The delivery drivers shouldn’t put things such as, let’s say 2 liters from the look of our containers, on top of the food, and should always have the credit card slip with the order. I’m not happy with the service I received today.

I don’t understand how my pizza is a half an hour late and burnt so much that the pizza sauce is gone. How can you send this out and think it’s okay .? I’ve never had a problem from this restaurant before but this time is an utter fail.
