We called last night and they said they wouldn’t deliver to our hotel even though they were about 2 miles away and online said we were within their delivery area. We called and got some service in India I believe because they didn’t really speak English and hung up on us several times. The store employee said that we could call Papa John’s or Domino’s if we wanted to which we did. Domino’s which was practically next door to Pizza Hut was great and didn’t have an issue serving us or delivering our food. We will never call them again. On top of it all I met a DoorDash guy that was delivering Puzza Hut in the elevater after our calls. If I could rate them less then one star I would.

Received pizza, was on time. The thin crust is burnt and over cooked, spoke to manager on duty. Asked for an exchange, she said they can’t fix order because it will mess up their inventory.

Food took over 2 hours tried calling store to find out what was going on got nothing but a call center who couldn’t tell me anything that I didn’t already know when my food did finally make it but was from a door dash guy and I was missing my drinks and you can tell food has been sitting for a wile beyond not happy

Very dissatisfied with the pizza I ordered. Toppings were scarce and the crust was much too thin for the New York Style and the pizza was very well done, which made it very hard to eat and enjoy!
