Ordered from this location and the ingredients on my pizza was wrong, and was missing the extra cheese shaker. Also ordered the meat lover melt, they should change it to meat lover charred. Took a hour to deliver. Save your money for a different restaurant.

I have to say that our pizzas tasted really good! We rarely eat Pizza Hut due to being let down in the past, however they were running a special on their large pizzas, so we decided to give them a try. Everything was hot and fresh. Our pizzas were covered in toppings and there was lots of cheese as well. We will definitely be back again soon.

The pizza hut on Bryan Station Rd are lousy, they got my order wrong both times and I had to call back up there to fix it. Their pizza is not all that either. Way too much money to get food that’s not prepared right.

Worst service we have ever received. The night before we call in a order they say 1 hour wait time we said that’s fine. Start our ordering and the guy tells us everything we want they are out of. New pizza melts, out cheese breadsticks, out. So we just hang up and don’t order and go somewhere else to eat. Today I place the same order of stuff online carry out at 12:09pm. Surprise they aren’t out of them. Pick up order guy at register was rude and very disrespectful. Get home open our boxes pizza melt burnt to a crisp. Family cheese breadsticks half burnt and not even cut into straps. Needless to say we will never go back to that pizza hut on Bryan Station rd in the Kroger plaza.

They used a door dasher to bring my food. The dasher made a few stops before he got to me. When I finally gotten the food my food was not sealed for protection and my chicken already spilled all in the box and was lukewarm. Very bad experience

I ordered a pizza and I didn’t receive it. I was told my order was canceled because their fryer broke. I waited for two hours and when I call to see where my pizza was the store was closed. I just want my pizza back. The people who answer the phone got rude and nasty with me. And didn’t try to give me my money back even when I had proof. I will never order from them again. Rude and nasty.

If only “0” were an option. Order at your own risk. If you order here know there is a 99% chance of them messing up, and a 0% chance of them caring and actually trying to fix the problem. But hey, they’ll give you a credit so you can save a little the next time you spend more money with them to screw that order up too. Worst place to order around. If they mess up they couldn’t care less. And they mess up a lot. It’s been forever since I’ve ordered pizza from here for my family because they are always way over delivery time, the pizza isn’t warm, and they usually mess the order up. Figured we’d give it another shot and no surprise- they messed up the order. When I called the response was “Sorry. Our delivery time is 2 hours so I’ll give you a credit on your next order.” The word sorry was said like he was reading off a script. I was told I could get a credit, or wait 2 hours. He was the manager, and that was it. Could not…have cared…less. Like every other time.
