Called in and ordered, pizza was ready when we got there!

Ordered a Personal Pan pizza from here last night, which is advertised as being 8”. When I got the pizza, it looked smaller than 8”, so I broke out my tape measurer. As you can see in the pictures, the pizza came in at around 6”. Even worse, the box itself was only 7”.

I placed an order for 1 large pizza at 6:36 pm tonight (a thursday). Around 7:30 I was really hungry and decided to call the store to check on my order because the estimated delivery was 25-35 minutes. The phone rang for two minutes before I gave up. I tried calling again about 15 minutes later. It just kept ringing again. Finally, around 8 the delivery tracker moved to “on the way”. Pizza arrived, barely warm, at 8:23. The driver was nice and the pizza tasted pretty good.

Received the wrong order. Called the store, and said all they could do was give me a refund. My order was $35.00 and he refunded $20.00 because I did get my wings. Told me I had to re-order if I wanted my super supreme pizza, instead of the cheese pizza they sent me. So pay delivery fee and taxes again for their mistake.

The pasta and breadsticks were fine. Both of the pizzas were undercooked and wet on top.

Bad. They either refuse to answer the phone or they hangup on you after they answer the phone. I just want to order a pizza I have tried 3 seperate times this week. Better off trying somewhere else. Big city is right across the street and is much better

DO NOT order from this place. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The employee I just talked to was the rudest human I’ve ever met. I ordered a “any topping” pizza with banana peppers on the side because I am pregnant and crave them, all I had on the pizza was sausage. I order this ALL the time. Never once had an issue. They didn’t give me banana peppers OR the marinara which I paid for. I called and he said “well it’ll be an hour we are extremely busy and you would have needed to pay for the banana peppers”. I DID pay for them. The employee was incredibly rude, no customer service experience obviously because you do not talk to paying customers that way. I hope whoever I spoke with gets reprimanded for being such a horrible person and I will never again spend a penny at this place.
