Took grandbabies to dinner. Place was empty. Just a note to wait staff….when you see people with little children do not set hot food in front of them. Bring extra napkins and remove finished plates and dishes. Never bring the check out before the meal is ever received. We choose a large round table that seated 6-8 people when it was just 4 of us for a reason. To keep hot things away from little fingers. A basket full of hot fries was set in front of my daughter who was holding a baby. Baby grabbed the basket and luckily was not burned however the basket of fries hit the floor. The pizza was set directly in front of our 3 year old who tried to get herself a piece. She was stopped just in time. It is not rocket science never put hot food in front of toddlers!

Literally just left eating Wendys next door as i write this review. Went in to have a pizza for a lunch with my husband and son. We were asked for dine in or Togo and when we said dine in we were told to sit anywhere and she would be right over. She brought menus over pretty quickly and got our drink order only offered soda which I can’t have right now so decided on water and a Pepsi for my son. She brought the drinks over with no straws and I asked about the new Yorker and she explained to me, so I asked my husband did he want that or the dinner box with medium pizza and before he could answer she literally walked away and sat at a break table near the front with her Co worker. We were sitting there waiting to order even put our menus at the end of the table and we were left sitting there while she played with her watch and the co worker in and out the fron door on her phone. Also I would like to mention that other than a large party that was done and leaving we were the only ones in the place. She did jump right up when other customers came to the door and I watched her hand out a carryout order and take another Togo order. Finally we just decided to leave and we still paid for a Pepsi that was barely drank ($2.75) Total waste of time and money. So we sat there for 20 minutes to watch them play on their phones….NOT GOING BACK. No wonder Wendy’s was so busy but at least there we got service.

I had a 20 dollar credit for a bad puzza I got a few days ago. This was a 10 dollar 3 topping pizza and left the rest of 20 for a tip and delivery fee. ..Called today to get a pizza with the credit and ordered same but I still had to pay delivery fee and left the same tip. So today the pizza cost me a few cents short of 30 dollars for a TEN dollar pizza …so the 20 dollar credit was basically nowhere . near 20 dollars. IF YOU WANT FOOD FROM PIZZA HUT DO NOT REQUEST DELIVERY….THEY WILL CHARGE YOU DOUBLE OR TRIPLE WHAT ITEM IS VALIED. And it’s probably going to be barely warm when you get it. Wow…

I have not seen a pizza hut with a dining room in years! The place really brought me back! Pizza was made fresh and my son loves the big NYer hope they don’t take that off the menu. I wish they had the Jalapeno poppers but that was such an old school item from way way back in the day! Staff was really friendly and they participate in the book reading program too. We always grab a big pizza the cinabuns my son’s personal pan pizza when he earns it! Thank you guys for participating in the program!

Family of 5. Sunday, 1-29-23 @ 5pm. All of our silverware was dirty with dried food on forks. Was brought out cups for our bottled pop with no ice. The salad bar was down. The ladies restroom was down, had to use men’s, but held it instead. No lock on mens door in order to use mens bathroom. So if a female (child or adult) went into the stall a man could still go in and use the urinal. We got our food and that was it, was never checked on. Then there was a fake baby that was taking all there time. Couldn’t finish ringing us out due to the baby. I understand it was for school. But a work place is not for a baby. The hear didn’t seem to be working. There was 2 small electric heaters in the lobby. And still cold.
