Ordered a pasta dinner and side for parents and door dash was the delivery service. Paid for the food and 18% gratuity for driver. After an hour the wrong food delivered to them. App froze, and I had to order over the phone. For some reason they had someone who is not great at speaking English fielding phone calls. Took 7 minutes just to get through my address. Had to repeat everything I said two to three times, and was just and overall a frustrating experience. I’m not saying don’t employ those who can’t clearly speak and understand English, but definitely don’t put them on the phones. She was kind, and helped, just wish it would have been quicker. They just called back and informed me that I just wasted 15minutes of my life because they don’t have a driver. This place is a joke.

Horrible customer service. Manager is a rude little lady with bad attitude. No attention to details concerning a person order. Will make the wrong order and still deliver it to you. Even carry out is incompetent. Worst service and location in the city . Bunch of teenagers running around can’t get a order correct because their all on drugs obviously.

Food made myself and my family sick. Kids have Diaherra next morning, I’m puking myself. Something wasn’t prepared fresh and was still served to customers. As a former Pizza Hut Employee I’ve never been this sick after eating from any of the other locations in the city.

Found a ball of hair in one of my pizza slices. How did this happen I have no idea. It seemed intentional. I spent over 30 dollars…. the night I tried to call and complain no one would let me speak to a manager. Finally got a full refund today. Never eating at this location again. Tryflin staff.

I was very disappointed with this location this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here. NEVER again 1st time they “closed” early but the order still went through then this time im so glad I looked before doing anything but there was MOLD in my marinara sauce.went to the store the manager was nice to us and gave us a refund but that was very poor. Whoever made the sauce was lazy and left it out.. thats gross and could’ve made me sick.

Pizza was cold and had a sour sauce taste to it and crust was super hard. I will never go there again and i literally live a 1 minute walk from this location and there is no way it could have gotten cold on my way from there to my home. Very dissatisfied. And will never fo there again

First the coupons you get via email dont work online and must be used online. The store wasnt clean. When pulling in I was behind a employee. He swings wide and backs in to the space by the door on the line making it impossible to park beside him and get out of my vehicle. Another employee was parked in between two van accessible parking spots to the right of the first spot making it impossible to park in handicapped parking at all. Obviously the company doesnt care about their customers who come to the store. I sent this information to corporate and still havnt heard anything . It is so sad that people in general have a lack of consideration or concern for others.
