The quality of my food I’d not bad at this location but there’s an older white lady there who rubs me the wrong way. It’s always something with her and just recently I placed 2 orders for personal pan pizzas online. They were free from the bookit program but she had the nerve to ask my husband how we were getting the pizzas. He said that he didn’t know because I placed the orders. Mam, it’s none of your business. These orders were placed online. In addition, last year when I went to pick up my pizzas she said that I’m actually supposed to bring the kid in because they’re supposed to congratulate them. Mam, you’re the only one who is questioning us about a free personal pan pizza. That’s very frustrating

Pizza hut On Browsboro Rd in Louisville. Very unprofessional staff. I went on 3/17/23. Did not receive my whole order, the food was cold. Food came late. Tried to call the manager, got hung up on. Went to the store in person to speak with him and get the rest of my order. He was very rude at first. Then, when he seen me grab his manager card from the counter, he changed his tune reap quick.

We ordered a Pizza for delivery. The automated phone service for ordering worked well. We were told approximately 30 minutes. After an hour and 5 minutes we called back the automated service then switched us to the store’s phone. It was NOT answered after 6 repeated call over the next hour. I then drove to the store and was informed by the “manager” they were too busy to answer their phone. I said it was 2 hours and we still had not received our pizza. I was told we really busy. I replied you should answer your phone and inform your customers about the problem. I then asked for a refund. I was asked for my “order number”. I was NOT given an order number.

Would have gave 4 or 5 but the driver never showed up, isn’t the only pizza company that is guilty of it. As I was paying in cash I didn’t call the store when the food didn’t appear. Like the food (when it appears) with good options and does deliver other times. Except for the never appearing with last order and their “wonky” website they are okay.

Pizza Hut gave me the wrong sauce on my pizza which is important because I can’t do tomato sauce. I could not get a refund and when I got the next pizza it was basically dry and I could not see or taste the white sauce. The customer service was not horrible but it was not nice. I was not rude so I felt the dry talk was not cool.

This location is “okay.” They dont believe in extra sauce, period, but are friendly. It’s mostly just a grubhub or door dash “hub” but you can get a decent pizza fairly quickly if you go inside the tiny lobby. Just don’t expect greatness. I wish I could give a better review but, out of three orders here, something went wrong with every one of them.
