I haven’t purchased any fast food in some time now. I guess since my last review of this place. However, I decided to purchase pizza since my daughter’s were out of school, we normally cook every meal because we all have grown in our food preference. Once, again this place did not fail me. The food was delicious and hot, service was quick and friendly. Oh, and everything was a veggie dish, I love the veggie pasta, very delicious.

Original pan crust taste and looks like frozen pizza. What the hell? Why did pizza (nuts) hut go and change something that was good. No worries, I thought it was due to pandemic, not I see this is the new normal for pizza crust, don’t plan to spend any more money on pizza.

It would personally give no stars for this Pizza hut but its not allowed. Internet order was not ready. Took 2 hours for the pizza. The pizza was cold. Management lied and said that I couldn’t get a discount for the wait time or a fresh pizza. Called customer service for the Internet order and I was told because I paid with a card I had to be discounted in the store by the manager. The manager said that I was advised incorrectly. I will share this experience with everyone about the Bainbridge Georgia pizza hut.

Entire order substituted without notice. There’s ALWAYS an issue at this location. The staff is also rude no matter what the issue is. Told I would receive credit for this order. Called on 6/16 was told there was no credit showing and my reorder would have a charge.

I bought a pizza the other day from the Bainbridge, GA restaurant the other day and it was by far the worst pizza I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and by pizza somewhere else. That store needs to be shut down.

This Pizza Hut is ridiculous. My girlfriend order the dinner box her total came out 32.67. She gave the man 100$ and he took the money out of it without telling her and said it was 68$, when he left she checked her money he had only gave her 28$ back. We called up there they said they couldn’t help us and let this man keep her 60$. Cause mind you she said out of the 68$ he could keep an 8$ tip but man ended up taking 40$ from her.

I tried the new pizza hut meat lovers melt it was a complete fail for me. I like crispy items, but this just seemed burnt to me. My husband had the personal pan beef pizza and it had loads of cheese and little meat. We were both disappointed. On the positive side, the order was ready as promised and the drive through crew member was friendly.

The pizza was delicious and the staff were moderately friendly! They didn’t have the 2 liter Pepsi that we ordered. They gave us two small bottles of Sierra Mist instead. So, they sometimes have a problem keeping inventory in stock.
