I never got a refill on my drink. We haven’t dined in in a while and won’t ever again. $27 DOLLARS for two older people is unreasonable. The pizza was good but we don’t eat much. We said we learned a lesson.

After watching the 4th of July fireworks show at Sawmill Square Mall, we decided to order a pizza from Pizza Hut in Ellisville Ms, placed our order by phone, was told 15 to 20 minutes, we pulled up at the window and only saw one employee inside, sat at the window for 30 minutes before that employee came to the window to collect our money, then it was an additional 10 minutes before the employee returned and said she never received our order, why did it take 40 minutes of waiting on a pizza that we didn’t receive and even paid for, so we requested our money back and drove away pizzaless, and with no apology for the mishap. So thank you pizza hut for a meal missed and thank you also to the employee that apparently was working alone and was unable to do a job that she had no help to complete. 0 stars for this location.

This is the second time in a row I’ve ordered a specialty pizza and upgraded to pan crust, which the cost has went up recently, and I got either thin crust or hand tossed, can’t tell but it’s super thin. They claim they called to tell me but I know for a fact they didn’t. I understand stuff happens but when you call back about it they treat you like it’s your fault and never offer up a 10/20% coupon for next time or anything. They just shrug it off and hang up in your face. It’s getting ridiculous.

They need to have better community service and make sure our food is secure b4 door dashing it to us I spent 50 dollars on a stuffed crust pizza 4 orders of wings and Cinnabon to receive a smashed pizza and one of my boneless wings were just about empty the food was cold and the foor dashers left popcorn on top of our pizza box so now I don’t trust that the food is safe I have to throw it all away wasted 50 bucks Ellisville yall must do better

This post is unusual for me. I always make an effort to find something positive to say about a business, regardless of any issues. This Pizza Hut will be the exception. I wish I could give a -3 rating. On 1/31/2023, I decided to pick up a personal pan pizza near my home after driving 8 hours from Atlanta. I stopped in Laurel around 6:15 PM and called the order in. I arrived at the restaurant by about 6:30 PM. I waited about 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. I paid cash. I was told to pull forward and they would bring the pizza to me. I waited and waited, until about 7:10 PM. I went into the store to find out what the problem was. I approached the counter. I tried to get the attention of an older woman who seemed to be the one in charge. She asked me what I needed, and I told her in a normal voice that I had been waiting for a long time for my pizza. She said she did not hear me, so I repeated my issue again in a normal voice. She again said she could not hear me. So, I raised my voice. She then told me that I did not need to yell and that I needed to be respectful. She did not indicate to me that she was going to give me her full attention, and proceeded to continue arguing with me that I was being disrespectful. Now I’m mad. One of the workers came around the corner with my pizza. I was told it was her first day. Fine. I asked if I could get a refund. The older lady said no – that she would give me a credit. This lady continued arguing with me and never indicated to me that she was going to make the situation right. A man at the counter tried to give me $7, as if the money was the problem. I told him I did not need or want his money, that I wanted them to take responsibility for keeping me waiting for so long. The lady still did not stop what she was doing to try to issue a refund. So, I just left. With this business, when they mess up and should make it right, they antagonize and argue endlessly and when the customer gets angry, they blame the customer for getting mad and do nothing to make the situation right. I will never go back to this business. There is nothing that they can do now to assure me that they will not antagonize me, then make me look like the Karen when they are the ones that messed up and would not do anything to make the situation right.
