My grandbabies wasn’t happy because the pizza was burned hard & few pepperoni on pizza my grandbabies did not eat there pizza I ask them why u don’t want pizza they say it’s hard& cold I put it in refrigerator incase they changed there mind & me& my friend didn’t finish eating our pizza!!!!we were unhappy & I had found them sumthing else eat for lunch/I paid $15 for large3topping pizza but it looked like 1topping & the pizza really looked like Ole leftover pizza sitting on side of there sink

I would rate this location higher but the attitudes of the staff on every encounter are just poor and not welcoming. They make you feel as if you are bothering them by spending money there. Otherwise, the food is always good and hot, never had a problem with food but good Customer Service seems to be a stretch for them. Work on that and they could be top ranked!

My last order I received a free 2 topping medium pizza and an order of fries and cheese sticks. The pizza was okay but the cheese stick were barely cut and the marina sauce was entirely too sweet. I ordered the fries for my daughter and they were barely any fries in the container, to be $3 I would say I was overcharged. If you could maybe work on pizza cutting skills and possibly change the sauce recipe it would be greatly appreciated.

TERRIBLE Experience! I live in another state. I got an email saying someone ordered carry out & paid cash. I logged into my pizza hut app & my points went from 380 to 80. Someone used my rewards points. I called the store in Jackson, a lady answered that was very unprofessional. She kept repeating herself saying I don’t know. I asked her if she wanted the order # for this fraudulent order or if I need to file a police report. She hung up on me!
