I had stopped buying from Pizza Hut about a year ago because the pizza had very few toppings on them tried them again about 2 months ago from this location I have gotten 3 of the best pizzas I have ever had from here and great friendly service!! Way to go guys great job!!!

I placed a order for a Large Hand Tossed Meat Lovers pizza. After reaching home about 45 minutes away, my order was wrong. I had a pan Pepperoni and Sausage. If the employees would focus on which order goes where and stop all the playing it would probably been correct. I spend too much money at Pizza Huts to not have my order correct.

Pizza was over cooked. Ordered delivery and even had the confirmation for the delivery . They said it was for carryout after waiting for an hr. Never offered to remake the pizza. Wings were just sitting out and cold and, over cooked and cold.

The service in Natchez MS has been so consistently bad that I will no longer eat at your establishment. I purchased lunch for my family, received the delivery notification, the food arrived extremely cold, stiff, and inedible almost 2 hours after the delivery notification. Natchez is barely 20 miles in radius, and I live less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. The restaurant did not answer any calls for over an hour prior to the super late delivery so I was unable to cancel the order. I had my kids toss the food because I had previously taken them lunch from a different restaurant. I wasted nearly $50 and stupidly tipped on my credit card upfront. NEVER AGAIN
