I thought all Pizza Huts were the same. Same ingredients. However… this pizza had the sweetest sauce of any Pizza Hut. Wasn’t great. Tasted like Ragu. Crust was fine. Toppings were okay. No delivery… had to get DoorDash to deliver. It wasn’t even a matter of timing. I tried to place an order for later in the day. Nope.

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. I ordered for delivery while I was at the hotel in front of them, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes and then they called saying that I had to go pick them up.home delivery is a real fraud.

The service at Natchez 61 south was terrible. We ordered online and when we got there to pick it up, we sat in the drive thru for about 18 minutes before anyone waited on us. We ended up leaving and went somewhere else.

Update: A couple of hours after posting original review. I tried one more time with the store management. I’m going from 1 to 3 only because of how nice, helpful, and sincere Miss. Rebecca and Mrs. Sarah were. Miss Rebecca tried from day one. Mrs. Sarah treated me with common sense, sincerity and worked instant magic to have my refund coming back to me soon, along with a credit for the 13 days of confusion. Those two deserve a raise, recognition, something. Thank you ladies.
