Amazing food, friendly people,AND DRIVERS!!! ALWAYS TIP your delivery drivers!!! Before WE NO LONGER HAVE DELIVERY DRIVERS AT THESE RESTURANTS !! ESPECIALLY WITH GAS PRICES SO HIGH!!!. This is how they make their pay delivery charges is for company convenience not for drivers if you read small print when you order!!

Ordered 2 of the meat pasta dish with bread sticks. It would have been tastier had in not taken 45 minutes AFTER the estimated time of delivery . I called to inquire where the food was and gentleman informed me that they only had one delivery person and It was waiting “on heat hold” would be delivered as soon as the person returned. The communication could have been much better, the food could be better as well. Wasn’t the worst food I’ve ever had, definitely wasn’t the best (it’s pizza hut delivery) you get what you pay for. Take it for you will.

Put my delivery in an hour before close call them right before close and said they had no delivery drivers and they voided out my order no call or reaching out thanks alot

After waiting 45 minutes for our pizza I call for them to tell me it was suppose to be carryout when it wasn’t then when made delivery they lied saying they couldn’t find our apartment even tho they never came close to the complex and we are in a well known area in pontotoc the tin nickel. I send someone to pick up the pizza and they say it is not at the store. He comes back and we wait some more for them to tell me my pizza is back at the store. They whole time everyone is being rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE RUFE EMPLOYEES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for over two years. Up until recently, the service has been satisfactory. My last order, I was informed that my home was outside their delivery zone. I have never had this issue until now. I lodged my complaint with the corporate office who then forwarded it to the location’s management. It’s been over a week, and I have been yet to be contacted. I know for a fact that Domino’s will deliver to my location. It’s disappointing that after two years of being a loyal customer, Pizza Hut is willing to lose an area of customers who order regularly.
