The quality of the food here has really improved. I tried the Philly Steak melt. It is pretty impressive and did not appear to be a menu item from a pizza restaurant. It had an individualized taste and did not taste as if I was eating pizza or anything related to it. The melt alone was more than enough for one person. The pizza and wings were great. I do feel the price of the 6 wings was a bit too much, but could not resist my daughter wanting them. The pizza was well put together, had enough meat on it, and tasted good. Food was very fresh and hot.

Employees were great, but the pizza and bread sticks were awful . The pizzas had no sauce, I mean none. They were so dry, you could cough dust. The bread sticks tasted like they had been sitting around for some time. I didn’t contact the store, because they would have offered to replace it and I didn’t want anything from them. This is the second time this has happened; the first time was the pasta, it was dry also. There won’t be a next time. I’m not wasting money on something I can’t eat and enjoy.

This is what’s the most horrible experience? I have ever had at pizza hut. It made me not want to return. I ordered 2 meat lovers personal Pan pizzas. Normally they are fresh the ingredients are fresh and the bread is moist and hot this time. My pizza was cold my pizza tasted like it had been made the night before. My cheese sticks are normally great this time they were cold and rubbery

My food was made the correct way but it was extremely cold. I’m not understanding why I be having poor service at this pizza hut location. If it’s not one thing it’s another. I’m not picky I just want my food to be hot when I get it. I’m very disappointed because I know they can do way better then what they are doing.

Called and placed an order. Tried to pay with card and guy said I could pay with it when they showed up but the price seemed low so I started to ask and he hung up. I called back asking about it and another person answered and said it was on the way. Was literally seconds ago when I called. Told him I knew better and asked about pricing etc. then another person got on the phone saying the order was placed and it was ok despite them asking for my name multiple times. I canceled and went with dominoes.

Customer service was not good from the female workers in this store. Followed apps time on my order being ready, but when I got to the store I was told my order hadn’t been started on and couldn’t give a time frame of my order being ready. I was on my lunch and requested a refund for unprofessionalism.
