This pizza hut sits by two hotels. I called a few days ago to make sure they had dine in because the hotel was packed and everyone said they weren’t open. The manager at the time seemed surprised. I asked that question. Just walked over at 7:30pm. There is no one there but two cars waiting for pick-up. The supervisor was rude, we don’t do dine in, don’t know who you talk to but I’m the only night manager! You can call customer service. The amount of business you are losing is un real! PIZZA HUT, now I know why they are closing down! Very disappointed

Ordered a cheese pizza half bacon and was given just a cheese pizza. I called and told them when I got home that my order was incorrect. Lady over the phone told me to come pick up correct order. Got there and was told there was bacon on my pizza when there was no bacon! Smh

1 1/2 hr wait after being told about 40 minutes to wait due to a system failure. Ordered a Supreme the few toppings were all in the center and way way too much funny tasting cheese. Will just keep my fond memories of the past when Pizza Hut was the best.

I usually stop here if I’m wanting pizza and I’m passing through. I typically have less issues here than other locations and I don’t remember having a wrong order from this location. The drive thru employees are always great.

The Cockrum location is consistently slow. I went to pick up pizza today and waited an hour and a half to pick up my online already paid for order. It was already ridiculous that a carryout order was taking an hour to get ready. Then to get there and wait another hour and a half because the order was already paid for and I couldn’t cancel online, the call center couldn’t cancel, and the store wouldn’t answer the phone. I’ve also shown up to pick up pizza in the past and had an employee tell me they are closing because they have to leave to go to school the next day and there’s no one else there but the manager at 7:30 pm.

I give it 2 stars because the delivery driver was nice other than that experience was horrible. It took over an hour to get here the bottom of the crust was cold, it wasn’t the type of crust I ordered. It was supposed to have extra cheese but didn’t. The quality of the pizza doesn’t even look good. If I wanted a pizza that looked like this then I would have went to little ceasers (a place I don’t buy food any more along with dominos)and saved half of what I spent. I’m ordering from papa johns from here on out and if they start making bad food then I’m done with ordering pizza and I love pizza.
