For my birthday i ordered pizza for my family thinking it’d be nice to have a quick, yummy meal from pizza hut. What a joke. The pictures are supposed to be a thin crust cheese pizza. It was inedible to say the least. The fact that an employee in this restaurant was willing to hand this pizza to a paying customer blows my mind. I have 3 kids, we produce more then enough of our own trash each week. I didn’t need pizza huts help with filling my trash can, certainly not for $35.

Good food. Wait bad. Friday afternoon and lots of pizzas ordered. The door is locked so it’s not possible to pickup your order. Everyone is made to wait in the drive through line until the one car at the window’s pizza is ready. I’ve been in line for 30 mins already with two cars still to go. Haven’t moved in 15 mins.

Placed an order in the app, showed to not go through but they charged my card and say that if no confirmation was given then it will be returned back to my card. This is not the first time this location has given bad service from not preparing the order correctly, to missing items, to even charging for things and then making excuses and claiming they do not have to provide the item. Would avoid Pizza Hutt at all cost unless you wish to be ripped off.

Loved the staff. I called to order and I was sent to the call center. the call center took my order and about 20 minutes later the employee at the physical location in Hernando called me to inform me that they were out of the crust for the original pan pizzas and she was very upfront and polite and we came up with a better solution and decided on a different crust that they did have available and she gave me a discount. When I pulled up to pick up my order she was very friendly, all the staff were friendly and I was completely impressed! kudos to those ladies for their excellent customer service!

Hands down the worst pizza! They thought it was acceptable to try and send home a burnt thin crust pizza. I’m not sure the one we brought home is any better ♀️

I am right behind the last review (Erik Johnson), he is right. I just came for an order pick up. Pizza Hut, you have to change this rule of pick up through the window, or at least if someone orders, make them park or drive around while there order is complete.

The food is decent, but the service is still lacking in my opinion. I was so excited to get a Pizza Hut back in Hernando, but it’s honestly been pretty lackluster. They are the closest pizza place in town to us yet don’t deliver to our address, and when you go pick up, there’s always a super long wait (despite the app saying it’ll only take 15-20 minutes to get your order ready). Then they locked people out of coming in last night because they were “too busy” with the drive thru line that had 3 cars in it….our pizza had been done for a while, but we were told it wasn’t done when we got there….only to have the woman who finally brought it out to us say she’d “put it in the warmer” for us to “warm it up.”
