I have asked for the pass 5 pizza I have order to be cut into squares. Well I have let it slide for the last time. I spoke with the 3 different shift leads or managers and explained why I needed them cut that way. The last pizza was butchered with them trying to cut squares in a pizza that was already cut into 8 slices. Just not paying attention to the details in our orders.

This Pizza Hut is going downhill. The orders were wrong and I actually had one of the pizzas with 2 crusts underneath that. This is the second or third time they forgot the sauce for the bread sticks and also they’re not getting the Pasta cracked. I do not eat chicken

The pizza was good. But services was horrible. The manager would not take any instore orders. Because they were swamped in her words. I drive trucks. And just wanted to eat before I went home. My son and I went to the car and order food anyway. If you can’t handle the heat stay out the kitchen. Byhalia is a small town. With limited food choices. I didn’t feel like traveling to other surroundings areas just to eat. This was around 6 or 7 in the evening.

We’ve gone here several different times & everything we’ve has a bad experience. Rather it be something left off, something wasn’t right with our order, it was missing something etc. I go her3 because it’s close qne convenient. I’m hoping one day it’ll get better however I don’t recommend it to anyone unless it’s your last resort.

You have to do everything on line. If the site is working or not. It gives you the option to going ina and pick up and pay. Or drive through. But even if you order the pizza in you car in the parking lot drive thru. By the time you get up to pay. Your pizza has been under heat light for over 10+30 minutes. It I wanted a cold pizze I would bye them frozen.

I so wanted to love this location as we just moved to the area but they definitely need some better employees. One was eating in plain view of customers, at 6 on a Wednesday. There was foul language that could be heard blatantly and only seemed to be two employees actually working and doing what they should.

I placed an internet order for takeout. My order was available in about 15-20 minutes. At the entrance, I was welcomed pleasantly. Everything was wonderful! The pizza, chicken, and fries were all delicious. That was my first time ordering from this location and the service exceeded my expectations.
