If I could give them a 0 rating I would or even negative. We placed our order, paid for it, and the receptionist said okay I will bring it to you when it’s ready in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later it will was not done so my mom went up and asked what’s going on and they had no clue who she was or what she ordered. Come to find out our order had been sitting on the wrack the whole time. Very poor service, had to use paper plates, plastic fork, and ate out of the pizza box. I could have did this all at home. Is this why Pizza Hut is not popular anymore because

I went in to use my grandsons book it reading award.Only one lasy was working, She was very friendly. Engaged in conversation with my boys. Pizzas were very hot ant loaded with toppings. This was my first time at this location, will definitely be back.
