Everytime I come here the pizza is always undercooked. Service is good but I don’t like for my pizza to be undercooked. Even my friends would agree so if you want an undercooked pizza come here. You are better off going to dominos where they know how to cook pizza. Would be worthy of 3 stars but they also lock the doors during the evening and is an inconvenience to the customer. They do it to protect themselves because the people of Memphis grew up without proper parents so everyone is terrible here I get it but still an inconvenience. So 2 stars.

Order my food online at 6 o’clock for pick up, left the house at 6:30 to go pick up, Paid and I was informed that it would be ten more minutes. Ten minutes will have went back inside order was nowhere to be found. Was informed it was gonna be another fifteen minutes from my whole order to be remade. Fifteen minutes later I go back inside and And my bread sticks were still not even in the oven. They tried to make it fast but I told them. I just wanted to refund instead of uncooked bread. So sad everytime now my order gets messed up

I didn’t even know there was a Pizza Hut located here. It’s small and hidden in the back of the shopping center away from the main road. The pizzas always look so good when I’m delivering for Door Dash, so I stopped ordering pizza from Little Caesars. Plus, their brownie dessert is to die for! The wait time is always short when I order too.

Terrible. I walked in today to pick up my pickup order, the worker who was working the front counter was sitting on the front counter blasting music. I checked my food before I paid and left, got home and the pizza was half cooked. They also tried to pack my order into a box that was too small.

Waited like an hour for my pizza to arrive just for it to look like this. I’m sure it was a perfect 10/10 of pizzas before the delivery guy took possession for delivery. $21 for the center of my pizza to be stuck to the box lid. Ughhhh…Please do better!! *They did offer a credit for my next, and a new one to replace it, but my schedule and location prevent those. Hopefully they’ll give me a discount or something.*

Back for a 2nd time with a Review. Do yourself a favor and skip past Macon location. Order was lost for about two hours. I finally ordered from another restaurant & when I went to the door to receive my food, the pizza had been left on my door step and was freezing cold and full of rain and gnats.

Very rude, incapable of correctly filling an order made online. Management is clueless of processes and procedures. Giving away free food while dissatisfied customers are watching in the lobby an their food isn’t correct.

I have ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut twice now. Although I have not had the issues with delivery times that other reviewers have noted (both deliveries were prompt), that’s about the best I can say. Our first order was… ok? But tonight’s order leaves us not really wanting to order from them again (which is a shame, because I really like Pizza Hut as a chain). Our entire order was undercooked including our pizza, but it was most evident from our breadsticks–we had a double order packed in the same box, and as you can see, one of the orders looks like it didn’t even go in the oven. (The other may look okay, but felt and tasted undercooked.) Blech.
