RAW meat lovers pizza, the cheese wasn’t even melted, doughy crust stuck to the box. I also ordered a Pork Sausage with extra cheese, they made a cheese pizza, no meat.

If I could give no stars would still be too many. I placed my order online @ 10:34 am today 5-10-23. My order did not show up until 12:40pm. I called the store and was informed that they did not have a driver, but did not notify the customers who were waiting on their now late pizza . Manager stated they were getting doordash to deliver for them. I figured she would simple remake the pizzas before sending them out. Instead they had doordash delivered 2 pizza melts well over 2 hours after they were made. Now there is no option on the website to order a 2 hour old pizza. Who would want to pay full price for an old pizza? Plus the wings were wrong. The manager offered me instore credit after I explained that I did not want to order anything from her store. If the manager does not know what customer service is than how can the employees? 8-4-23 my boss ordered luch from here. I attached what they sold me.

Ordered delivery and my order was over 30 minutes late, the box holding my pizza was visibly open and I could see the pizza peeking out. Tried to give benefit of the doubt which turned out to be a mistake. The pizza was soggy and cold and the dessert I’d also ordered was made incorrectly.

Horrible, no delivery bad customer service at the store and the Pizza hut customer service line. Food was cold and I wasn’t even giving a discount this is the 3rd time I’ve received horrible service from them. I tried to give them a chance but I would never spend any money with them again

Very very very Poor service. I order 5 pizzas today 6/24/2023 and it took over a hour to receive my pizzas and two of them were the wrong pizzas. I called back and they told me that the number was not connected to the bussiness itself, after I called and talked to store personal inquiring about my pizza earlier before. With the amount of money I spent I want a refund and will be reaching out to management in the morning. This store now will have me looking at reviews for all pizza huts before ordering. Terrible service. After reading all the reviews, I think I’ll contact the corporate office.

The Caucasian woman that works here is a very unprofessional and rude woman. I placed an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 10:45. When I arrived at 10:48 two workers were standing outside when I walked up and asked about my order. About 30 seconds later he comes out and tells me they gave my order away and that they can make it tomorrow. I looked at the clock and told him they still had 10 minutes to make my order over and that’s not my problem. He walked in the store and 5 minutes later both workers got in their cars and left. I walk to the door and see the manager in the back and knock on the door. I call and knock on the door she ignores, picks up the phone and said they were closed and hung up on me. I kept calling she goes to the back and ignore me. I left without the pizza that I paid for and no explanation. She didn’t even try to listen or figure out what was going on.

Staff was high. After 1:30 hours of ordering they still didn’t start on my order they had +7 people waiting on them at this point it was just frustrating and seeing them make the pizzas without gloves and with cigars around them and the smell of weed around them was just disgusting I definitely didn’t want to eat a pizza from that place ever again they need new staff ASAP

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you call the number on their website, someone eventually answers and says you have to call a different number to order pizza. That person also tells you they are running an hour and half behind for in store pick-up. I called the other number and the phone was eventually answered and then I was hung up on. Thinking it was a mistake or someone hit the wrong button, I called back only to be answered and hung up on again.
