Chunky Nothing
It was completely empty of people. The booth we sat at was sticky. The pizza we ordered was not good. The meat tasted old or almost spoiled..the cheese in the stuff crust wasn’t cooked right. The pizza crust was tough. The cheese bread and bread sticks was really only thing we could eat. Overall I’ve tried this location 2 separate times and both times was terrible. If not for the waitress and the bread sticks/cheese sticks it’d get a no star if possible.

My rating is on Pizza Hut as a company. How in the world have you let what was an iconic place to eat fall to such a horrible nasty place to go. Poor management. What was once a local hot spot to hang out and have fun is now a place you go if you’re desperate for a 3rd world restaurant experience.

Ordered through the app for delivery. Pepperoni pizza had little to no pepperoni ,cheese or sauce. Also ordered meat lovers with onion, mushroom and olives. Hardly any meat forgot the mushrooms very little sauce! Just terrible!! Don’t waste your money here.

Not what it used to be… mediocre. Pan Pizza used to be my favorite, now only a slight step above frozen. Not enough cheese or toppings, not done enough, yet crust too hard.

They have changed the dough. The Hut’s classic pan pizza does NOT taste the same. At all. It’s not terrible. It’s just ordinary. It tastes like a $5 hot and ready. Only it cost $15 Please change your sign to read FORMER home of the Original Pan Pizza

If you order pizza you now are charged $1.08 for condiments each pack. That is ridiculous why buy pizza if you are being overcharged for condiments that should come with the pizza. I get if you get extra a charge is made but to not allow any condiments without a fee is bad business

I seriously wish I could remember the older lady’s name. She’s the oldest lady there… Claimed she was new, customer service should carry over from job to job. She was very hateful and rude. She even yelled at me. I ordered my food and paid online. The app said my pizza was ready. Long story short, several other customers walked out because the way she was being. Zero customer service.

My son and I arrived and it was not busy at all. The pizza came out nice and hot and the staff were very attentive.

They don’t have a curbside parking spot. I let them know I was there for pick up. 30 minutes go by and I call and they say my pizzas are still in the oven… Another 30 minutes go by and this time they told me I have to come in to pick up my pizza. I go inside and stand by the host stand for 10 minutes and nobody ever acknowledged me so I left. Now they have us on the phone on hold for the past 20 minutes when all we want is our money back. The fact that I didn’t have my option for contactless pick up and nobody noticing that I existed when I went inside has ruined my day. Go to the other Pizza Hut 2 more miles down Chapman. I promise you will have better luck there.
