After having two not so great experiences a few months back, I decided to give Pizza Hut another try tonight and I’m super glad I did. You redeemed yourself tonight. Bread sticks are soft, seasoned, and not dry like they used to be. The pizza is cooked just right and loaded with the toppings and sauce just how I wanted. Pizza is full of flavor.

I went to pick up pizza tonight. I checked the boxes and one pizza was wrong. It took 20 minutes for that to be fixed. I’m not sure what was going on but everyone seemed they were having a bad day. I understand everyone has a bad day but that cook did not need to be rude to the servers for her mess ups. Then I drove home 30 min away for 3 of our 4 pizzas not cooked all the way. I have never had this many issues in the past and seems I wasn’t the only one having issues with their orders today as I waited another family was checking out and had problems with their order. Then another person picked up her order and her two cups of ranch were missing. I really hope this doesn’t happen again. The pizza isn’t cheap and we shouldn’t have to cook it ourselves when we get home because it wasn’t done.

What a surprise. I’ve been to many Pizza Hut restaurants all over the US and Puerto Rico. You get used to the pizza chain flavor and service and don’t expect too much of the experience. Not here. The stuff crust Supreme pizza was fantastic. Lots of flavor and fresh ingredients. Don’t wait too much for it and it just great. Staff was great and their customer service was impressive.Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Oneida.

DONT even KNOW where to begin. Let’s just say, maybe I am the one confused right now. How did I get a Large 1 topping when I ordered a Supreme? Edited: What’s worse? Well let me see I’ve had 112 Views of this Posting (including from management) and STILL to this day have NEVER been apologized to for this inconvenience.

Been forever since I had been to a brick and mortar pizza hut. The food (a pizza and some wings) was very good and the server was very friendly. A star off as the location is dated and the bathroom could use some attention.
