I paid 71 dollars for this 2 wings and breadstixks and pan pizza and I got chicken tenders with “dry Rub” and one actual wing.. bread sticks with a large pan which is obviously NOT pan won’t order anything from pizza hut on hixson pike hixson tn. This is unexceptable and just robbery!!!wouldn’t even give a star if it was an option. We only ate 1 pc of the pizza for dinner 71 dollars keep your money people go to Domino’s better quality better price..

I ordered a pizza and bread sticks over 2 hours ago. We have call them 3 times and all they keep saying is the guy left and they don’t know where he is. I will never order from them again.

Horrible experience tonight ordered at 515/530 food arrive at 735 pm. Called the store several times they didn’t answer went in the store was treated like it’s MY fault they didn’t even try to answer the phone. The the GM was upset that I called her instead of caring about the problem. I spent $50 tonight on pizza. Went to my younger kids dance that we paid money to get into, had to leave early due to the pizza not being delivered and the store refusing to answer the call center told me to just call the store. Very disappointed in this situation

Knowing Pizza Hut pizza’s do not come with the industry standard amount of cheese (compared to Papa John’s and Dominos). I paid for +$2 for extra cheese, and of course the pizza literally came with the minimum cheese. I opened it at the store and questioned the worker if i really got extra cheese, and without even looking at the pizza, the worker said I did.

The 6218 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN location cannot seem to make my pizzas correctly, despite the fact I receive confirmation e-mails accurately showing what was ordered. On top of that, they do not seem particularly concerned when it is brought to their attention in the store, nor do they attempt to make it right. Finally, if I submit negative feedback via their survey, all they do is have a generic corporate employee respond with a discount on future orders. Management never seems to take corrective action, so the cycle of poor performance continues on and on.

Wish I could give negative stars. The drive thru pick up is apparently for ordering like you are at McDonald’s. I sat in the line for over half an hour watching orders getting taken at the pick up window. You can’t get help outside or inside the store. Horrible experience and pizza was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had.
