They had a big crowd that just left before we got there. Came in the door and stood for about 5 minutes before anyone even knew we were there. The waitress was at the next table telling her life story before she decided to come over. When she finally took our order the food was great. That means the cook in the back was on point. Maybe next time the waitress will be.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but our service has been so incredibly BAD the last few times we’ve ordered from here that I’m honestly in shock of how this business is still even open. If you order delivery from here, there is a 98% chance your order will be wrong. And when you call them to tell them that said order is wrong, no one will answer the phone. Or they will just answer it and hang up. And if you miraculously DO finally get through to talk to someone, it will be HOURS before you get your correct order delivered. Just a friendly heads up.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I have never received a bad pizza or bad service at this Pizza Hut! If you get Kendra as your server (as I normally do), count yourself lucky because she’s the best!

I’ve had to edit my review from 5 stars to 3 stars based on my past 2 visits. The food was great and the bread sticks were some of the hottest and best I have ever had. HOWEVER, the service is terrible. I have had to make 2 trips to the counter for refills and my bill. There were 5 people behind the counter and we were the only ones in the restaurant and their excuse was they were short staffed. They need a real manager there instead of the one they have there that could care less.

If you order from there be sure to call ahead, they are busy. I ordered a Pizza Hut melt, meat, and cheese, I think they forgot to put the meat in it.
