The pizza was fine. However, selecting a no contact delivery. Leave food at the door was completely ignored. If you are going to ignore delivery instructions and wake sleeping children, then why have delivery instructions at all. Drivers want tips but can’t follow simple instructions. Sorry. Horrible experience.

Unprofessional, the store manager took 2 1/2 hours to deliver two pizzas 3 miles. He decided to give my order to a non- employee of door dash. The franchise accepted my money $40. The non- employee stole their product $40. That’s $80thst was stolen and It was never delivered. They sent the food back to the store. Then after a hour and a half the manager of the Lebanon, TN location had to remake the order and have it delivered to the same location for a (3rd) third time. (2 1/2) two and a half hours later.

Yuck I just got a hair on my pizza!!! How unpleasant is this… Could it be that they can be stricter in the rules and use a hairnet and beard cover please… disgusting… I felt it inside my mouth, that is, it was buried, it was not superficial. Seriously act on this please!
