A fulfilling meal for 2 under 30$ not bad! We were pleasantly surprised with how good the super Supreme thin crust pizza and spicy garlic wings were cooked. Our only minor issues were that there was no drink dispenser or cold water as well as no red chili flakes. In addition, the atmosphere is inviting and spacious.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. My mother-in-law ordered pizza for us we waited almost 2 hours for it. She called and the manager proceeded to say that our order just got sent out that it’ll be fresh, when finally arrived the driver stated that she didn’t just leave that she had two other stops before us and our $70 order was cold and burnt. The manager had the audacity to raise her voice and hung up on us. Save your money and order elsewhere!

Absolutely by far the worst restaurant in Clarksville. Every table was disgusting so we had to clean our own table off before we sat down. Then after waiting an hour for my food and being completely ignored by the staff when I asked about it, they put my huge NewYork pizza folded up in a tiny box, then told me I couldn’t get a refund because they were busy, then the manager threatened to call the police on me for being upset about my order. I had to call another Pizza Hut to get my order replaced because even after waiting another 15 minutes standing at the counter for my refund, the staff continued to ignore me and act as though wasn’t even there. I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant and I have never seen such terrible service in my entire life. Corporate should close this location permanently.

Wow. Pizza Hut has really gone down hill. This store is yet another example of Americas greed and failing infrastructure. Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut. There is no dine in available here in the traditional sense, you have to order at the counter and pay three times more than just ordering online, then sit at one of the chairs and eat pizza from a box. You’re better off just ordering $5 Hot N Ready and eating it in your car because Pizza Hut quality also suffers badly.

I was hoping to relive some of my fond childhood memories of when Pizza Hut was in its heyday. Unfortunately I was left disappointed. The food has changed and well it’s just not the same. The atmosphere is more like a pub or sports bar but with TN/ wings memorabilia. They don’t have fountain drinks and they don’t bring the pizza out in the pan and serve the first slice. Now the service was good don’t get me wrong just not how it was in the 90s when Pizza Hut was the bomb.

Absolutely awful. We sat in the lot for an hour for two pizzas. One new York and a Philly cheese. First, they come out and say they handed out food to the wrong person, then they come out with a melt and not a pizza then when we finally get a pizza an hour later and say something, not even being rude, the manager instead of apologizing gives us a bunch of back sass. And then it turns out the Philly, which was supposed to only be half mushroom, had mushrooms on all of it. Never coming back, honestly I’m sticking to Domino’s or local joints.

I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to simply let someone know that we received a very undercooked pizza. No one is wanting to talk even though up until now I wasn’t upset. I just wanted a fully cooked pizza. About to take it back now. Unacceptable to be kept on hold whenever you’re serving food. Won’t come back to this pizza hut. Its incredibly rude.

Placed an online order at 6:40pm for delivery. Online said 25-35 minute delivery estimate. We didn’t get our order until 8:40pm and it wasn’t even correct. We ordered a large pizza with extra mushrooms which we were charged for and got the below picture of barely any mushrooms. The pizza was barely warm and definitely not worth the money we paid for.

Started delivering with Door Dash and it’s a mess. Got a notification it’s out for delivery and will arrive in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later we got a notification our Dasher is picking the order up. Few minutes later we got a notification they’re in route and it’ll be here in 10 minutes. Got another notification saying it’s now going to be 10 minutes longer. Called Pizza Hut and the staff said it’s with the Dasher and they left 10 minutes ago. We waiting another 10-15 minutes. During that time the delivery has moved over 20 minutes out. We called the Dasher “Infiniti D” who’s super sweet and professional. She went inside to confirm our order is still being made. I could heard the staff say it’s still not ready. Over all it was over an hour of notification spam and then Pizza Hut lying. Now our food is almost an hour and a half late.
