Please do not order from the Pizza Hut on Riverside Drive. They were amazing months ago until new management came in. The last two pizzas were horrible and I made a review online. The manager there called me and gave me a $40 credit to use in 30 days. I asked did I have to use it all at one time and she said NO. We only get one pizza that costs $14.22. Well, this time I wasn’t able to use the other $25.00. I told them I would pay but wouldn’t come back and the young lady there said “that’s fine!”. So needless to say…we left the pizza! If they don’t care about their customers, they surely don’t care about their food! BE CAREFUL! Word of mouth goes a long way! They close food places every day, all day!!!

Please do NOTTT order from this place. Pizza ordered for over $40 never got delivered. Tried to fix it next day instead of complaining, same issue again. Waited outside the house for 40min. No one showed up as night before. Manager didn’t take any responsibility and just said it got delivered and problem got fixed. What a chaotic and unbelievably unprofessional place.

Ruie Spains review continued too the pick up window when I pulled up I told her I was there bc I had just placed my order and I didn’t want to block it for other people she got upset and slammed the window door needless to say very rude employees and will not be going there again not to mention that I orders at 9 pm and they don’t close till 10 pm I have never had worse customer service such a shame

Never again will I order from this location. I ordered a large (3) topping pizza. As you can see ONLY (2) made it…I called to complain ,was told YOU WILL Receive a credit on my next order. (5.00) wow really $5.00 after the 3.00 delivery fee I’ll be Credited 2 full dollars after I spend a subtotal of 12+……

Now we’re back to a 50/50 chance of getting a good product. A pizza with lite cheese isn’t worth buying. I’ve been a Pizza Hut customer for more than 30 years. I know how a standard Pizza Hut pizza is supposed to be made. They missed the mark this time.

I ordered the pan pizza, veggie. It was under cooked and doughy. It was cold when I got it. And I had to heat it up in the microwave. VERY, VERY disappointed. And there was A LOT of just crust with no toppings.
