We stopped here on our way to and from Florida for lunch. I called to place our orders and picked up about 15 minutes later at this tiny Pizza Hut. The service was friendly and there was no waiting. The pizzas were hot, freshly prepared and delicious. Kudos tiny Pizza Hut!

Terrible customer service…one employee told me one thing, but the other employee who seemed very much competent than the previous who told me something diffrent. I took the word of the more knowledgeable associate who seemed to be running the front and delivery. I’ve been ordering from pizza hut for years and the customer service has gone down the tube…a decent attitude goes along way…

Worst pizza hut ever. Ordered from them and once I got home my order was not what I placed. Call them and explained to them what happened, Manager that was on duty said they would credit my account causes I wasn’t going to drive back out there to get it that night. Call back to get my credit on the account and use it but there no credit. Won’t be ordering pizza hut anymore I’ll stick with Marco’s or Domino’s on fort benning.

I was skeptical afraid that I was going to get a negative experience too from this new location but either they just had a rough start or they stepped their game up but everything was PERFECT! Great phone etiquette, timely delivery, and delivery driver was great and very nice will definitely order again and bigger tip

The pizza New York style from this location is terrible , edges are so hard to eat, XL size is not that big and the previous location at phenix city closed without informing during online order , neither a paper at the door letting customers know they had a new location or where to go. I stopped buying from them months ago because pizza compared to other places is terrible there :(((( and buy again because of New York pizza promotion… do not waste your money there!! I will never again buy a pizza there.

My wife placed a order and the guy taking the order was very rude, when she asked his name his response was FU. I will never use this location again and will be making a complaint to cooperate. Guarantee word of mouth can make you or break you. Good luck with your new location
