When I went and picked my pizza up (had to wait 5 minutes before being waited on because the manager was having a chit-chat with a female employee and she kept looking at me but he kept moving to put his back to me) I looked at it before paying. It was terrible. I ordered a large pan, garlic parmesan, extra bacon, extra chicken and extra cheese. It was the skimpiest pizza I’ve gotten there yet. I asked the manager if this had EXTRA bacon, chicken and cheese he said yes the garlic parmesan hides it. NO IT DOESN’T!!! I had my 2 dogs in my truck so I told him I would not be back and would be ordering from Papa John’s a couple blocks over from now on. He just turned and walked away from me. Previous purchase I ordered a hand tossed, light marinara, extra cheese, ham and bacon. It was loaded and fantastic. This current pizza with me paying for all the extras was way less than what I had gotten previously. I took a screen shot of the pizza and sent it to a friend of mine that works at Pizza Hut in Tallahassee, FL and was told that it did NOT have extra anything on it. SO…I paid for all the extras and didn’t even get the bare minimum I was told. On my previous visit to this store the manager told me they were having problems there and he was there to correct them. He needs to be replaced if allowing customers to be charged for what they don’t order. I WILL be purchasing from Papa John’s a couple blocks from Pizza Hut from now on. Being charged for far less than what I ordered then getting a dismissive answer is grossly unacceptable.

I placed an online order and was given a 45 minute delivery time. At 20 minutes past this time, over an hour after I placed the order, I called to check on the status. I was informed that my order had not yet been picked up by a delivery driver. I was also told that if I had called the store to order, they would have told me it would take over an hour. Apparently placing an order on the Pizza Hut website is not accurate or reliable. I tried to cancel my order but was placed on hold for an extended time period while waiting on a supervisor and eventually gave up and hung up. My order was finally picked up by a doordash driver, and arrived almost 2 hours after I had placed it. The pizza was okay, but not great or fresh by any means.

BEST PIZZA THAT I EVER ORDERED. WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. IT WAS DELIVERED AHEAD OF SCHEDULED TIME AND IT WAS HOT. DELIVERY DRIVER WAS VERY VERY NICE.

I hadn’t been to this particular Pizza Hut in many years so when we passed I told my husband I wanted to get some bread sticks. I used to do this when I was a teenager. I called the number from memory and placed my order for a double order of breadsticks, ranch, and a Pepsi. It was ready quick and they hooked me up with some extra marinara sauce (because I KNEW my husband want extra). The place looked clean and I was happy with my breadsticks even a few hours later when I shared them with my sons.
