Not satisfied for about a year now. The flavor is diminishing. Also, the pizzas are not cooked long enough. The crusts are lighter and the vegetables are not cooked.

On 7/12/23 customer service was excellent very polite and asked if she could help with anything else. Pizza was exactly how we wanted it and it was still nice and hot when we got it home. Tasted excellent.

This particular Pizza Hut has always been timely and on par with what the commercials show. I’ve never had an issue with my food being cold, and I’ve never had anyone be rude to me.

My brother and I really enjoyed the salad bar/pizza buffet last week. They made sure there was plenty of cheese pizza and vegetable pizza ready when they found out my brother was a vegetarian.

Ok, so I know that this might sound untrue and uncalled for, but they messed up my order and never came back to ask if me and my family were happy with our order. My family’s order was a medium thin crust with extra sauce, and a pepperonni’s lover (medium). The messup is that they gave us A THIN CRUST WITH EXTRA PEPPERONI’S, AND A THICK CRUST WITH EXTRA SAUCE. They also didn’t even give us a real pizza box to take them home in. The only shining light is that their food is good, (about an average pizza), hence the 2 stars. This is just my review, and you shouldn’t take this entirely seriously since it was only 1 time (so far).

Lunch buffet is now $10 and soda is an extra $2.50. Pizza was good but salad bar lettuce was a little brown.

They’re turning customers away because they don’t have a server. This is like the 3rd time in a few weeks. I understand them not having a server but we asked to just order and eat inside. They refused us service. They turned away 4 families in like 10 minutes. This is bad management. Someone needs to contact corporate. Sad

Attempted to order on line multiple times each was unsuccessful. Called several times each time the individual was very helpful, kind, and professional. With that being said once we picked up our order: wings, bread sticks and a medium pizza totaling $30 plus. The food was not acceptable: wings were chunks of dry white meat with a ton of sauce, which was overwhelming. The breadsticks were good except the garlic was overpowering, now the pizza we ordered thin crust regular supreme,yes we asked for thin crust, the crust was very thin, there was no sauce and the toppings were minimal at best . We were very disappointed in spending $30 plus for a meal we did not enjoy.
