Decided to try Pizza Hut after many years hiatus, reminiscing about how good it was as a child and I was quickly disappointed! The phone app was not working, the employees at the store were not friendly (it was 7pm and they were cleaning the small lobby and washing windows like it was closing time) and stated that any kind of specials would have to be used through the app (which was not working), and 2 medium pizzas with some breadsticks was a grand total of $50 dollars!!! We decided to reduce the order because $50 for such a small amount of food was outrageous. Then when we did receive our breadsticks the amount of marinara sauce (pictured below) was all that came with 5 breadsticks! When we asked for another one we were told that will be $2 for the tiny cup. TLDR: bad customer service, expensive prices for barely any food, combined with a malfunctioning phone app equals we will not be eating at Pizza Hut ever again. Thank goodness we have a dominos and papa John’s in town!

Ordered on the app. Was charged for 2 pastas that I ordered. They weren’t on my recipet when I picked up but I was still charged for them. When I asked the lady she told me they had nothing to do with the app and gave me the number to corporate. While I was trying to ask her a few questions she told me to calm down and started cussing at me. Besides that she never told me if the pasta was unavailable or even off to sell me some. If she had even done that before she went off I would not have had to call an complain to corporate about that in addition to being over charged.

Purchased a large three topping today. New to town so, wasn’t sure what to expect. Pizza was delicious. Partner and I both agreed it was one of the best pizzas with right amount of toppings. The lady at the window was so friendly also. I love this place! Thanks pizza hit for a wonderful pizza at a fair price!!

Girl who was at Wetumpka, AL window never said hello, thank you or anything except sharply said, it is going to be 5 o6 minutes more, which I was ok with. What I wasn’t ok with was her attitude and the smart tone and look that she gave me. So sad how customers have to pay the salaries of these people who have no clue what is good customer service nor do they have the desire to be courteous and appreciative that I am shopping their location. Pathetic!

We ordered the New Yorker and was looking forward to getting it but once we took a bite of it all you could taste was a mushy dough. (3 of us and not one slice was ate) It was way under cooked so we called to inform our local branch (Wetumpka) and were told we didn’t know what we were talking about and that the pizza was cooked perfectly for 10 minutes and that it tasted like dough because it was a New York style pizza and it is “STRETCHED” differently…lol I told them they were crazy if they think I was going to believe that and then I was told don’t call back and to never order a pizza there again then. It was a disgusting pizza because of poor preparation. The staff at the Wetumpka store is as unprofessional as you can get. I’ll take their suggestion about never ordering from them again. I usually do business with Papa John’s but I really wanted to try the New York pizza. I’m glad I did because now I know for sure I’ll never waste another dollar on Pizza Hut!
