LONG WAIT, inefficiency epitomized. I’m traveling from out of town. Placed the order online and received confirmation it would be ready in 10 or 20 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later and the doors to the restaurant are closed. They only offer a window pick up delivery. There was a huge line in front of me and I waited almost 10 minutes before even started moving. Horribly inefficient, and should take note from some of the fast food restaurants and have people pull off to the side if their order is not ready. If you don’t feel like waiting for your pizza, don’t come here. I called as I was waiting in line, and When they answered the phone put me immediately on hold. Didn’t even say hello or please hold. Pizza Hut corporate… I love your food. But the operators of this Franchise need help desperately on efficient management.

Got my mother in law a pizza from here. I asked if it would be cheaper to order online, then pickup and the young lady said yes. I waited a couple minutes after I ordered and by the time I sat behind a couple cars in drive-thru my food was ready. It was a smooth transaction. I appreciated her honesty.

Never again…this is the slowest place..it’s time to close this down before I spend any more money here and it wasn’t a little amount..I will be going to Popa John’s from now on..this is poor excuse for a place of business don’t deserve the 1 star..sorry but got to do better

Knew my order, described my order to me on Christmas eve yet didn’t have it ready after I had sat in line for an hour and tried to give me the run around as their employees were putting up a closing sign on a piece of paper as we were trying to get the order they claimed they never received .. thanks I’ll try papa John’s from here on out!
